2nd Volkswagen -great driving cars, exceptional service

Ourisman sales team is extremely personable and Sales Manager Isaac Chee pivotal in full filling pre-sale cosmetic repairs of first VW: '2010 VW Passat 2.0T' (a performance steal). 45k miles and 3 years later, Isaac Chee and Associate Sales Manager Muhammad Thabet did it again with an exceptional sales deal on a '2015 Jetta S 2.0' -Salesman Richard Nunez went above and beyond delivering vehicle to work in lieu of being out of range of the Shuttle Service. Agree with heading of other post's: Ourisman treats you like family!

Treated like family to purchase a vehicle for our family.

We spent the day prior test driving at many different dealerships, all had their pros and cons but we didn't find the perfect vehicle for us. We did some more searching that evening and found a great used 2015 Honda Odyssey available at the Ourisman Honda Volkswagen of Laurel. My husband contacted Bill "Goldie" Goldsmith online and Goldie was more than happy to help us with our endeavor. We arrived to test drive the van with our 2 year old, carseat, and my very pregnant self. Goldie greeted us like family and we immediately felt at ease and comfortable with him. After a quick test drive and zero pressure from Goldie we knew this was the van for our expanding family. We spent the afternoon in the dealership with a 2 year old missing his nap and regular lunch/routine. Goldie was nothing short of amazing, entertaining the toddler, treating him like his own grandson, of which he has two and was willing to chat and share stories with us while we waited. Balloons, snacks, games, all very helpful for the wait. There was a slight issue with the 3rd row stowing seats and Goldie made sure we were set to come back in and get it taken care of. When we did bring the van back in, he took care of my son and I yet again making sure we didn't have to linger around the service waiting area too long and got us a rental and sent us on our way. Will highly recommend the Ourisman crew, and specifically Goldie to any friends in the market for a new car and look forward to popping in and saying hello in the future. Enjoyed working with Laura

She was very patient and pleasant. And responded with my inquiries very quickly. We had been working together for almost a year and I thought I would reach out to her this spring. I was surprised that she remembered. But as a nice person and professional, she had her notes about our conversations from the past when I initially was looking to purchase a vehicle. So I had decided to wait until my negative balance was lower. Then we finally met and went over my options. It took me several days to decide with the help of Laura, I was able to stay within my budget for a better deal with a new car. Once again, Thank you for your patience and professionalism. Seamless experience

I went in to test drive a car and ultimately purchased a new Honda, Laura was wonderful to work with and helped make a process that can be long and stressful that much easier. She was knowledgeable without being pushy and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the experience. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and flexible, would definitely recommend.

Great Salesmanship

David Moreno has been our salesman for two new cars in the last 4 months. He has been extremely helpful, answering all our questions and going the extra mile to ensure our buying experience was as easy as possible. He has followed up several times to see if our cars are working as we expected, and has also made himself available to show us how to make certain features of the car work when we were unable to figure them out for ourselves. I would hope to have David as our salesman for our next car and I'd highly recommend him to others.

Dishonest

The team appeared very friendly and professional, but I discovered within 24 hours of buying the 2016 CRV that major misrepresentations were made. The haggling was ridiculous regarding my trade in, then they made it seem like they gave me a great trade but it turned out the price I paid for the new car was way beyond the listed price. I found the price listing under the seat and it was actually lower by about $2000 than I paid. I never received my old tags and lost out on my refund at the MVA, but this dealer insisted I got it. I'm definitely not returning to this dealer.

Pleasant experience

Buying a car is exhausting and can be just downright harrowing sometimes. I have to say my experience with the folks at Ourisman was actually very pleasant. Laura was very patient with my questions and test drives, as well as my other requests (coffee, water, and "can you put the two cars side by side so I can compare them?") Not pushy, honest responses, and I felt there was some extra effort to help me make this very important decision. Everyone there was very nice, helpful, casual, and professional. I feel I got a fair price for the car, and am very pleased with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Ourisman if you are looking for a Honda.

Customer service is #1

From the first night I went in to test drive a car, Laura Joseph was the opposite of a pushy salesperson. She took the time to listen and without pressure, let me look and experience the cars i was interested in. Her product knowledge is extraordinary. With all the technology inside the car, I was happy the person I was working with spoke the same language as me and knew in detail how modern features worked. When it came down to price, they were fair and honest. I gave this dealership my business based on the experience. Yes, there are 2 other dealers equidistant, and yes they can all sell me the same car, but Laura's calm, peaceful, and overall pleasant character swayed me to work with her. There were issues that arose that were out of anyones control, but in the grand scheme, they were minor and everyone who I worked with was proactive and wanted to help make everything right. I give Ourisman Honda a 5 star review and if purchasing another Honda in the future, will gladly come back.

customer service at the service center

Mr. Mike Steers accommodated my with my busy work schedule. Even though the service center stop taking cars at 1:00pm on a Saturday afternoon, which I did not know at the time because the hours on the door stated/printer 7 or 8am to 4pm, he service my car for an oil change and tire rotation. He told me that it would take 2 hours but it took little over an hour. Secondly, I did not have my coupon book and he took care of the issue. Excellent customer service and I placed my coupon book in the glove compartment for the next time and will probably make an appointment the next time. REH
