Seamless, the dealership was fantastic and we really liked our sales person Kenny. Would buy here again for sure, the staff were nice and not pushy.

Lack of communication because they did not inform me that the Ford Explorer XLT 2018 is not ready to be fixed until Monday, which is when I dropped off on Thursday evening, and the appointment is on Friday at 7:00 am. I did not receive the status until I contacted Michelle, the Service Advisor, by texting. I expected to have an electric analysis report that I paid for 250.00. The report is not provided in documents with an invoice. I feel that they are ripped off. The issue is that the keypad door is causing a draining battery, and I replaced it with a new one. I paid over 1,000 dollars. I rated two stars.

I received great service on my 2023 Ford Escape. Setting up the appointment was easy on the initial call with Myani and the text reminders are helpful. Service Advisor Michelle Olson is efficient and knowledgeable. Service Technician Daniel Gonzalez did a thorough service maintenance. I feel these three Sheehy Ford Gaithersburg employees respect me as the owner and value my VIP Status.

The service valet came on time as scheduled. I love the videos they send you to explain everything that has been done to the vehicle. I'm very pleased with their service, keep it up.
