Lack of communication because they did not inform me that the Ford Explorer XLT 2018 is not ready to be fixed until Monday, which is when I dropped off on Thursday evening, and the appointment is on Friday at 7:00 am. I did not receive the status until I contacted Michelle, the Service Advisor, by texting. I expected to have an electric analysis report that I paid for 250.00. The report is not provided in documents with an invoice. I feel that they are ripped off. The issue is that the keypad door is causing a draining battery, and I replaced it with a new one. I paid over 1,000 dollars. I rated two stars.
