Great Service, Wonderful Experience

It all starts with the fantastic service I got when I bought my 2015 F150 Platinum back in December, And the wonderful service seems to continue from the sales floor to the service counter. I will continue to drive from Stockton to Sacramento for any issue or service the my truck needs. Future Ford is doing it right.

Excellent customer service

Bought 2015 Focus SE at Future Ford Sacramento. I have received 2 cars now through them and both experiences were excellent. Dave Hadley and his team have taken very good care me.

Service update

Leadership at Sacramento Ford has evidently been nurtured. The sales team have been about 93% where prospective buyers would like them to be and have shown an easy side to the pitch and sale. On top of that the service team has been fabulous. Responsive, respectful and timely. My Flex has been serviced at Sac Future Ford from day 1. Great dealership and I hope 2 make my trade in right there with the same team

Great service!

I decided to lease a 2015 ford fiesta! Ronnie was incredibly helpful and definitely made my decision less stressful! Gave me all sorts of deals and I am really happy with my car!!!

Great new car buying experience

I purchased a Fusion Hybrid after trading in my Nissan Murano. I was offered a very fair price on my trade in and my car buying experience was the easiest it has ever been. Erick Champ Chambers is the best! He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He will be the first person I call when the time comes again for vehicle.

Best Ford Dealer in Sacramento

Good morning Mr. Collins, Thank you for your email. I thought I would respond to your email. 1973?..that?s when it happened. My Father said it was time for me to have my own car. He and Mom were tired of hauling me around town to my sport stuff and guitar lessons. I remember taking the drive to downtown Sacramento to an Alpha Romero repair shop (a friend of my Fathers) and seeing it for the first time. It was a 65 Mustang Fastback in yellow?.my favorite color as a child. We took it around the block got on the freeway and wow?I was hooked! I then moved up to a 67 Fastback in the color Green the following year. Next was the 71 Mach I in white?one of my all-time favorites although I have to admit it was the slowest of the bunch. Next was a 73 Mach 1 one in black. At the time I had no idea what was going to happen the next year?the Mustang II. Never had one but my girlfriend at the time had a red one that was pretty cool I have to admit. Anyway next was the 79 GT?nice car and pretty quick too? it was silver. After that it was the 81 in green. It was my first non V8 Mustang. It was nice but I missed the speed. Let?s jump to 2009?It was a 2010 Mustang GT in Kona Blue?what a beautiful car! After that the Lava Red 2012 Gt?beautiful! Next was the 2014 Gotta have it Green GT. My wife hated the color and called it Kermit! Now just this month I just purchased 2015 Ruby Red GT Premium with 50th anniversary trim?the best yet from you all again at Future Ford. The car is such a wonderful driver and sporty at the same time?fantastic! Thank you Mr. Collins for the wonderful car buying experience we had on this purchase and I can?t say enough how wonderful Curt Lopez (our sales rep) and your whole staff was to us. Thank you and Ford for 42 years of driving fun. Dusty
