Experience was great up until it came to the finances. First, I did my research, found a car online that would’ve fit my budget. Emailed the dealership and was told it was available. Drove 45 mins, found a different car I liked. Ran the numbers, and it was obvious a deal couldn’t be made. What happened next was infuriating and disrespectful. I mentioned my budget several times with the salesman, then the manager came to talk to me. I literally showed me the paperwork, and pulled out his phone to show me that my budget won’t work on his calculator. Yes, that’s right. The manager legit was man-splaning the situation, when all I wanted was a yes, a deal can be made or no. I even told the manager, just be upfront and he couldn’t. Just giving me long drawn out answers. Also, I was interrupted several times when asking questions. Rude! Then I asked about the car I emailed about and come to find out it was pulled from the lot! Note to manager: take a step back, listen to your costumers, respect their wishes aka budget, and be a bit more straightforward. Also, educate yourself on what man-splaning is and don’t do it! Either way I saw through the xx, and won’t ever be coming back here again!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this team absolutely earned it. Sales and service were both top-tier. From the moment I walked in, I felt respected—not pressured or rushed. The sales team was knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely helpful. The General Manager came out for a visit and Thanked Us for our Purchase!! Everything was explained clearly, and the process was smooth and easy. The service department matched that same level of excellence—clear communication, quality work, and no wasted time. You can tell they take pride in what they do. If you’re on the fence about where to buy or service your Ford, stop looking. Future Ford of Sacramento is the dealership that sets the standard.
