Good deals; bad service

I found a car I like but the salesman was overly pushy as expected. When I finally decided to buy the car, they kept us waiting for almost two hours to sign the final paperwork. I understood there was someone in front of us but she left 40 minutes before they called us back. This whole time, the dealership was holding onto my old keys, so I couldn't even use the time to clean out my car. This lead to us haphazardly tossing everything into the trunk of my new car in 5 minutes when leaving the lot. The deal on the car was good but the waiting game makes it clear to you that they have no respect for your time. If you plan to purchase a car here, go toward closing time, because then, they might be less inclined to keep running down the clock.
