My experience at Douglas VW was enjoyable. My salesperson Vlad was professional and friendly. He never tried to push me into a deal. He spent all the time I needed to answer all my questions, and negotiated a fair, and comfortable deal. the paperwork that needed to be done was quick.

SERVICE WAS GREAT AND PLEASURABLE AS ALWAYS. MARVIN AND THE CASHIER WERE VERY ACCOMADATING THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS. I ALWAYS RECOMMEND DOUGLAS. I ALWAYS GO TO DOUGLAS EVEN THOUGH I LIVE ABOUT AN HOUR AWAY.

Vlad, the sales person that helped us the first time we visited the dealership years ago was attentive, professional and able to answer the questions that gave us the confidence to lease a car there. We have come back to lease again several times and he has guided us through the process successfully. We appreciate he being a people's person and recommend his service. I give him five stars. My final rating of the dealership was instead four stars given that I believe the financing part of the process with a different person should have been smoother.

I recently had my car serviced here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff ( Mr BRIAN and DAVID ) were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Mr BRIAN took his time to explain everything clearly. It’s refreshing to find a dealership that truly values customer satisfaction.
