Stephen at Stevens Creek Mazda was kind, friendly,

Stephen at Stevens Creek Mazda was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and the best thing of all… not pushy! He was an absolute joy, and was comfortable to take a test drive with. He answered all of my questions patiently and he worked with me to make the financial end work for my needs. In addition, Ricky in Finance made the process of dealing with the contract simple and easy. I’m super grateful for the whole experience and would absolutely recommend Stevens Creek Mazda and Stephen in particular to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car!

Mazda is a long way from luxury brand service.

Was considering spending $60k on the new CX90 PHEV and scheduled a 9 am test drive with the receptionist in store. When I returned less than two days later the store was empty at 9:10 and I found out that the sales guy I was scheduled to drive with was in Mexico. Mazda has a long way to go if they want people to think they are a luxury brand and asks luxary prices.

Great Customer Service!

After a rear-ending accident left my car totaled, I needed a new vehicle and the first place I went was Stevens Creek Mazda. I have been a customer at this dealership before, and once again - I wasn't disappointed! Albert met us in the lot and was very helpful in finding us a vehicle that matched everything on our list. From there he was extremely helpful and low pressure in making sure we got the best deal possible. He even offered options that helped shave down the price to exactly where we were comfortable. Overall it was the easiest, most stress-free car buying process I've ever experienced! I would absoultely reccommend coming to Stevens Creek Mazda for your next vehicle purchase, and when you do - ask for Albert! He was fantastic and I look forward to working with him again in the future.

I took my car for servicing here not sure about service

I took my car for servicing here not sure about service quality though. They handed me coupon for car cleaning and that cleaning location is 3 miles from current location. I spent another 2 hours at car cleaning I felt it is hassle to get service at this location. If your time is valuable avoid servicing at this place.

Great salesman, Great deal

Tony, our sales rep, did not pressure us into a sale. He let me test drive two different vehicles to see if I really wanted the turbo engine. He found a vehicle which had the features we wanted and saved us money. I highly recommend working with Tony Vo when you are looking for your vehicle.

Service Dept is Intentionally Misleading

I went here to replace a few parts and change brake pads for my cx-3. When I arrived at the service appointment, the agent gave me a list of services that came to an exorbitant sum. In addition to the things I had come for, they added services that were completely unnecessary (differential fluid and brake fluid exchange, fuel and air induction cleaning). They kept reiterating that I 'will still need to do these things' and put them on the list with the services I actually needed to get done with no distinction between what was necessary now vs years from now. The services they hereby implied I should buy were only things needed after 100k miles at the very least, and my car had less than 50k. They also tried to charge me for services I had gotten done at a different dealership only weeks prior. I called and got a second opinion from my previous Mazda dealer who I and they said I did not need anything else than what I came for. Stevens Creek Mazda tried to charge me an extra $1500 of unnecessary repairs. Given the other reviews here that voice similar problems, this is part is a systematic effort to be as misleading as legally possible to unsuspecting customers, in other words, a scam. I will never go here again.
