We had the most wonderful car buying experience on a 2021 X3. We were ably assisted by two very helpful and empathetic gentlemen from Sales - Bob Christie and Armin Javadi. I would like to thank the Sales manager, Liz Czahar, for her prompt assessment of our trade-in car and ensuring that we got a good value on our trade-in - thanks Liz. And finally, to top it off, was Livia Duval from Finance. Livia gave some excellent advise regarding the trade off between down-payment Vs interest paid. She also explained the service offerings with so much clarity, always keeping the needs of the customer in mind and not overselling packages that were superfluous - thanks Liz.
