The first thing that impressed me was the totally organized group that did the intake of the car. My personal relationship guy-----Steve,,,, was super friendly, made eye contact and made me feel very comfortable. , I made a request that the seat and head rest be adjusted to better fit me. Several people tried to improve the fit. I appreciated the effort.

Overall the service and the people were great. I was just disappointed with how dirty the loaner car was. There was trash the backseat and spill stains on the seats.
