There comes the time when you have to stick up for yourself. I am 75 years old and have this relationship with Amy and tri city I’m the one that was they were talking about in their review about not being incompetent people making my own decision, not capable of making decision. How was resent the fact that my so-called daughter-in-law schedule making decisions for me not the fact of all so which is not my daughter-in-law her name is Oliver and I’m recent all this and I will stick up for the auto nobody forced me to buy a car they were good enough to help me when I had problems and now I probably won’t be able to buy anything that because of what was said it wasn’t true. Please read this and take the heart. I totally recommend Tri City auto

I have very little down and I work with me on the down payment and getting reasonable bi-weekly payments and got me into a nice vehicle that day and on my way home I really needed a vehicle to be able to get back and forth to work and it was great to work with

My friend had bad credit &only 1500 down he got a vehicle that day with buy there pay there option. No other place would work with him. Thank you Tri City Auto

When I purchased my car a few months ago I was excited..now I am truly disappointed ..I have has to spend 2500.00 in repairs...that should never been sold like this...I get normal wear and tear...but when it's major issues like I have had to pay for is not right...it was sold to me this way...that extra warrenty does not cover anything...that is a load of crap...

We were in a difficult place needing a car to get to a new job but not actually working yet. We talked with Amy and she was amazing!! She went out of her way to help us figure out vehicles we could afford and even worked us a special deal. We went in to see if a car was even possible and left with a vehicle!

Was told that the truck i was buying only needed an oxygen sensor so i trusted them little did i know id have to spend 1000 dollars on parts to fix the truck and make the engine light go away i asked them to work with me on a payment or two to get my finances back up they told me pay my payment or they would come get it and my payment is only 180 every 2 weeks these ppl are a joke and are liars plus im paying over 2,000 what the truck even books for and thats after me putting 3,000 down SHOP ELSEWHERE save yourself the trouble of dealing with these crooks

If your smart you want wast your time nor money. Has to be the worst car lot around this area. No telling how many people this car lot has done robbed people of.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. We bought a truck ONE WEEK AGO and it’s already in the shop because of a bad abs module, also everything in the steering had to be replaced. They tried to tell us they gave us a great deal so was unable to help us out. They were wrong, we gave over book value for the condition the truck was in. It’s a rebuilt, and they told us it was clean. WRONG. Beware and never deal with them. They don’t care about the safety of their customers. AND the owner never even took the time to leave his office to speak to me. It’s a shame. Money hungry is what they are

Used inventory is sooooo OVERPRICED what you put down is what they paid. How they are getting you folks to put so much down is beyond comprehension. They lack common decency of treating people fairly.

Awful place. Asked me 8000 down on a 2011. They knew my credit sucked but they dragged me along and then hit me with 8000 down. A new vehicle from better dealers would be 4000 down
