Service Department
The service was horrible in the service department. I was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half for my oil change and ended up taking over two hours. After an hour and 50 minutes I went to check on the status of my car. I was told it would be 10 minutes max. Also the service advisor was arguing with me about how long it had been. It then took another 15 minutes. When I got my car back there was no apology for the extended time. Just ?here it?s done?. Also there was no plastic on the seat or paper on the floor meaning the mechanic was sitting in my car without protecting my car from dirt and oil. I?m hoping I can take my car to a different dealership for the remainder of my service contract.

Toyota Prius Two 65K Mile Service
Was in at my 7 AM appointment and out by 9 AM as promised when I brought it in. Service was as promised. Fernando the Service Representative was great to work with. I have been taking the car there since I bought this new at this dealership without any issues since 2015. This was at the AutoNation Toyota Dealership in Hayward, CA

10000 Mile services
I had serviced at 5k, this time 10 k. They both are good. The service men, last time and this time are friendly, explained to me what the car needs to be done. I like the free service . But I don?t like the car because it too big in comparing with my old Highlander. The worse is that it is 2019 but did not have Build in auto systems like phone speaker in my Camry 2018. It did not have map either.
