Brandon was helpful and arranged transportation both ways, which I really appreciated. The service was completed properly, but there was a significant delay from the original estimate, and I wasn’t informed ahead of time about parts not being available for the recall. Communication could be improved, but overall a positive experience.

They made the process difficult and tried to upsell me after repeatedly telling them I was not interested. I was pre-approved with my down payment in hand and already agreed on the out the door price. They still put me through the negotiating hoops when there was nothing to discuss. Salesman was great but finance drug it out for hours and made the experience horrible
