Sales person and staffs are great, but except the finance department. I was offer with gold certification warranty and they called me to return the vehicle since the certificate is expired and have to start the paperwork’s all over again. The Director of finance was not professional to honor what was been sold already. The whole team of finance are unprofessional and the reason why I wil never purchase any vehicle in this location.

I called Fremont Toyota in Ca and from the moment the sales rep Wilbur spoke to me he was professional, courteous and patiently answered all my questions about a Prius Prime lease . I drove 1.5 hours to Fremont Toyota because of the conversation I had with Wilbur!I experienced a seamless transition from Wilbur to Michael in Finance for the lease process, I was not pressured to buy extra packages, Michael was knowledgeable and professional. After all the paperwork was done, Wilbur took another 1/2 hr to show me & explain to me all the console & steering wheel special features and gave us hybrid plug in tips etc.. He went above & beyond my expectations! I’m very happy and grateful for the great staff at Fremont Toyota !!
