Great sales people! I have purchased 16 cars in the last 20 years and this staff ranks at the top of any I have dealt with. Honest, no games, just straight forward negotiations. Working with the finance team was the easiest I have ever experienced.

I took my X3 in for annual service then swapped out my 328i for annual service. I have been coming to BMW of Fremont since my first BMW in 2001. The customer service is excellent. They greet me with courtesy and quick service to go over car issues and let me know any issues that come up during full maintenance check.

BMW Fremont is the best out of all the BMW dealers in Bay Area ! The service and attention that we receive here is exceptional. Especially working with advisor Nilesh Lal is great ! He is the reason we keep going back to Fremont BMW even though there are other dealers closer to us, and he is the reason we keep buying our cars there .
