After shopping for a new BMW for about a month and not getting straight offers from several dealers close to our home, we decided to call BMW of Mountain View. We were looking for a specific car, a metallic silver iX 60 with black interior and a heads up display. We located one at BMW of Mountain View which is about 100 miles from our home. One dealer close to us even told us that the car being advertised "wasn't available any longer." One phone call to Cesar Guzman Barona at BMW of Mountain View and about 5 minutes of negotiating later and we were in our car to go buy the "non available" car from Cesar at BMW of Mountain View! Cesar was extremely kind and helpful, as was Nick in finance. In the end, they both helped us negotiate a much better deal than any of the dealers closer to our home. We ended up with exactly the car we wanted, with a lot more "extras" than we dreamed of, for a much better overall price. The negotiations were fair, straight forward and quick. We easily reached a deal and a short time later, we had to make the "long trek home" in brand new BMW (twist my arm)! The whole process was great and we are loving the car. Post sales, Cesar has been in touch with me several times by email and by phone. He has answered questions and has offered his assistance any time going forward to help us learn about all of the features on our new car. We couldn't be more pleased with his consistent follow-up and help. The car itself is a dream. It's super quick, nimble and just plain fun to drive. It is also whisper quiet, so you can really enjoy the company, the music and the drive. We are also loving all of the features from the auto-drive, auto park capabilities to the sound system and everything inbetween. We expect to enjoy the car for many years. We can't say enough good things about Cesar at BMW of Mountain View and we highly recommend him if you're looking to treat yourself to a great new car!

My first BMW and first visit to BMW Mountain View. I had been shopping for a luxury PHEV for a few weeks. The best part of the experience was working with Hrant who is an exceptional salesman and patiently understood what I was looking for in my next luxury Sedan. I was comparing this against the buying experience at competitive car makers like Mercedes Benz of Palo Alto where my car buying experience was horrendous. Despite being a Mercedes owner for the last six years, my experience at this BMW dealership made me switch over to a Bimmer. I'm hoping this experience would continue.

My first time here. Service people and Manger were very polite. He explained everything and was quick. Service manager Fernando texted me on updates and let me know when the SUV was ready. The loaner car was not cleaned from inside or outside. Which left a bad impression. when i picked up my SUV went to cashier got the paperwork and it took them ~15/20 min to get my SUV. No one explained or went over the paperwork. It would have been nice to have someone just go over it. The SUV was kind of washed but not very not a good job done. Also, in other Mercedes/infinity dealer when i take my cars they put a paper mat and plastic cover on driver side/seat which is very good and tells they care … nothing here. Just these few things that you can do to get 5 star ratings

This dealership has been my dealership dating back to 1988 when I purchased my first 7 series. This dealership has also been my only service provider since that time.
