I purchased my first RAV4 2025 in March, it was an unforgettable experience with Jackie. Jackie was incredibly with the whole process, from reserving my car to signing all the paperwork. I strongly recommend Jackie for first-time buyers!!

The Sales staff was friendly and quite accommodating. They didn't pressure me and seemed to know the product well. I ask a lot of questions and they were also patient about that. Great experience at Putnam Toyota!

I have not purchased a new car in over 35 years. Abul Asalati helped me to find my dream retirement car with his honesty and working within my budget. I would definitely refer him to my other friends who are looking to buy a new car during this time of uncertainty.

I had a different experience, I was asked about my budget after that they asked me how i intend to pay, when I told finance with some downpayment they said you get Bank Approval then they will give car for test drive, I visited second time with approval they gave me for test drive, I found issues with accelerating so informed them they checked with mechanic and I visited 3rd time then they gave quote on the cost and eventually did not give me the price which initially they said, I left extremely disappointed having spent time and visited 3 times to the dealership. It was like they did not want me as a customer. Felt extremely humiliated

After going a few years in San Francisco without a car I decided that it was time to get one especially due to COVID-19 and just a desire to get to more outdoor places just outside the city. I did my research on what I wanted and eventually contacted a few dealerships including Putnam Toyota. Overall, I felt I was treated very well, and comparatively, much better than some of the other dealerships that I interacted with. My salesperson, David, was very professional as well as very helpful throughout the process. Anytime I had a question he was quick to answer in a thoughtful and detailed way, and he seemed to take the time to understand what I was looking for and to present options that were aligned to those priorities. I had a good experience with Putnam, and highly recommend David, if you're looking for a car here.

Dishonest dealers deceive customers. I was cheated of a $1750 factory discount. I bought the 2020 RAV4 LE After negotiation, the total cost is 28,500 US dollars. Because I believe too much in Putnam Toyota, I didn't read the contract in detail. I went home and looked at it. The price has been changed to 30,250 US dollars, plus interest. The total sales price is 32631.20.

My son and I came to this dealership to look at a used car. Hendrik is the quintessential salesman! Very professional yet personable, and low key overall. Just the right combination for us. We were able to take the car to our mechanic 10 minutes away from the dealership. The car passed inspection. Our only hesitations were the problem history of those cars made in that year combined with the price. We left to think about the purchase (and may return to buy the car). But we met Hendrik and would have no qualms about buying the right car from him. We highly recommend Hendrik!

After some considerable online research, I made an enquiry online and received an immediate positive response from John D. Arranged a time to look at the car and other inventory, John was super-friendly, very well-informed on electric cars and answered all my questions while o took the car for a test drive. Returned later in the week and the buying experience with John was excellent, he explained various charging options and we handled the paperwork. He agreed to drop the car around the following day (so that I could surprise my wife), and even agreed to put an extra 240v charger in the vehicle. John then directed me to his colleague - whose job was to get all the signatures, but mostly to push the Putnam extended warranty, and attempt to strike the fear of God into me that without the $1,800 extended warranty I was basically destined to hand all my earthly goods over the first time anything goes wrong with the car. "I hope you've got a lot of spare cash, because it's $$$$ for any Fiat dealer to even look under the hood"; "there are very few places around here where you can get an electric vehicle repaired". And so it continued. He became petulant and quite stroppy when he realized I wasn't interested in paying for the extended warranty. It was a shame - as John had been totally professional, done a great job informing me, and had got the full list price from me - that his colleague soured the experience somewhat. I'd still go back there, but would advise being wary of the closing sales tactics from the guy in the office!
