I asked about the $2,000 price increase within the past 3

I asked about the $2,000 price increase within the past 3 weeks and shared my budget, but my questions were not taken seriously and no alternative options were offered. They claim to be #1 in pricing among other Nissan options, but the level of customer support does not reflect that. They simply repeat that their price is good without engaging in a proper conversation. Considering this experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership, as it raises concerns about the level of support you may receive in the future.

Trustworthy dealership.

Trustworthy dealership. I bought a 2003 Nissan 350Z from Passport completely online and had it shipped from VA to SC. Everything was as described. Pleasant experience all the way around.

Jannie Lloyd was my salesperson, and she made me feel

Jannie Lloyd was my salesperson, and she made me feel right at home, especially by picking me up so that I could test drive the car that I'd picked out on their website. In addition to that, the purchase process went fast and very smooth, allowing me to drive that car home the same day. The staff was also very friendly, including her manager, Ryan Poole. I love my new car and thank you for such a great experience!

They care and level of detail that I received yesterday

They care and level of detail that I received yesterday and today was outstanding. I had researched a vehicle online, and when I showed up at the dealership it was a no-hassle process. They answered all my questions, and took the extra time to go through the owner manual, and all of the features on the car. When I drove away from the dealership. I felt very well informed and confident that I chose the right car and dealership. Dino, JD, and Ryan made me feel empowered and confident in my decision to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. I had a slow leak in one of my tires and the service

I had a slow leak in one of my tires and the service department was great at finding the problem and repairing it quickly. I was impressed with how concerned the staff was at resolving the issue. Jose Mejia and Moses in the service department were great. Tin Nguyen, J. D. Pittman and Shakir all listened to what I had to say and took it upon themselves to help resolve the issue. Thanks to all for the professional job done.

I had a great, easy experience purchasing my new, certified used car at Passport Nissan. My Sales Consultant, Tin Nguyen, and the Finance Director, Ryan Poole, made the whole process a pleasure.
