I’ve taken multiple vehicles to Ourisman Ford of Alexandria over time because it’s convenient, but I have never had a consistently positive experience — and my most recent visit was the final straw. Their customer service rep Jasmin is unbelievably rude and dismissive. She’s constantly short when she speaks to you, doesn’t seem to understand what’s going on, and gives information that is flat-out inaccurate. For example, I was told, “You can drop your car off whenever and it will be looked at,” which was completely untrue — it sat for an extended period with no progress and no clear timeline. Communication is terrible. Expect long periods with no updates, changing stories, and inaccurate wait times for when your vehicle will even be seen or when parts/contracts will be in place to start work. To make things worse, I’ve even had her hang up on me on the phone. At this point I’m done. I will never bring my vehicle back here again, and I strongly recommend you go elsewhere unless you’re prepared to be treated like an inconvenience and left in the dark.

Brian K, Daniel I, and Mohammed A did a great job getting me in and out in about 2 hours with my new Bronco. On a Sunday afternoon, no less! Even staying past closing time and filling up the gas tank so I could enjoy my first joy ride once the paperwork was signed. I'd been putting off buying a new car for years because the stress I imagined came with the process. But they made sure it was streamlined. Before arriving at the dealership, Daniel informed me in detail of all the new year's incentives I was entitled to ($4000), in essence making this an offer I couldn't and shouldn't refuse. Thanks, guys! Great team work.

Once you buy your vehicle, no one cares about you. The service department is a joke. We have had an issue with our brand new 2025 Lincoln Aviator since the day we picked it up. The service department has told us several times that it's just an update. We keep taking it in and they keep trying to figure out what it wrong because the "update" answer is just a made-up excuse!

Excellent customer service. Very kind and helpful especially to senior citizens. Kevin Senior is very efficient and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone for service and sales.

Great speedy sale experience and follow up for continued providing great customer sales service for the used vehicle. The sales rep Hung really helped me out and showed me the benefits of having an electric vehicle.

I live out of state in MA and once I purchased the truck customer service dropped off a bit. Communication broke down and I was forced to make so many calls to the dealership. The truck was a day late (not a big deal) and the paperwork needed for MA /RMV was a challenge to get. Everyone at the dealership was very nice just not knowledgeable regarding out of state purchases and the laws in different states.

I?m sure I posed some challenging issues for the sales team and finance team over at Ourisman, as they are in Vergina and me out here in California, but it didn?t seem to faze them. Glad I picked the car that I did and couldn?t have asked for a better team to help me through / with this process. I wouldn?t hesitate to buy another vehicle from them again. Thank you!
