Reggie set up with GM the special discount we were eligible for and add information about the new title and plates. Ximena was super efficient with the final paperwork, and Omar Ramos set the price quote and general contact, which was all done through email by our request to him. In a nutshell, awesome people, transaction to our likes.

What a wonderful experience. I am from Missouri visiting here in the DC area and had some engine trouble on the way here. Dropped the car off to be serviced and they worked on the issue expediently. The service department personnel were extremely kind to work with and I received many updates from them with the progress of the vehicle. We worked with Reggie who made this process so much easier. He has years of experience which was evident through the way he talked with us and explained everything in detail. The cool thing is, we were able to do everything online! We had a busy weekend with three children and family coming into town. Reggie worked happily with us and even personally came to drop off the car to us once everything was complete. We also worked with Bryan in the financing department. He was nice and friendly as well. He helped us find the right options and ensure we had the coverage we needed. Car buying can be stressful and it feels good when you can feel happy with your experience.
