TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Where to begin. Too lengthy of a process. Picked up the vehicle 12/7/24, vehicle broke down in my driveway 12/14/24, wouldn't start. Contacted them multiple times and was told to use my purchased extended warranty even though I was told I had a 30 day warranty through the dealer just for my purchase. After a week of no response a member of my family (with knowledge of working in a dealer) contacted them asking for someone important, it was finally towed on 12/19/24, got it back 12/27/24. Fast forward to 1/10/25- (5 days before my warranty payment was due mind you) i get a call that my warranty ppwrk was submitted incorrectly and there is not a 2yr plan available so my monthly payment would be DOUBLE. Told him w our car payment already being higher than we hoped for, we wouldn't be able to pay double for warranty. Was basically told "I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do" so I said let me discuss with my husband over the weekend. Called him back 1/13/25 no response (shocker!). I then get a call from my salesman that Monday night stating that he was driving to my house that night so I could RE-sign OTHER paperwork that was not correct so they could submit for my PA tags since my MD temporary tags expire 2/5/25. I asked again about my warranty since I signed a contract and so did they and was told "they were diligently submitting for an exception to uphold the ppwrk submitted". Multiple attempts to contact them with no response, which appears to be there typical thing there-AVOIDANCE, thinking if they stop responding it will go away but IT WON'T. Here we are 1/29/25 and I still have yet to receive my PA tags and still have to get a PA inspection once I receive them. WHAT A xxxxSHOW of a dealer. I already pulled one referral I had initially sent to them, I hope to save someone else from the giant headache. The only good thing I can say about them was my salesman, hopefully he wises up and seeks employment elsewhere. If they treat their customers like this I would hate to see how they treat their employees!!

The visit for service was uneventful. I waited, informed of what was needed & when it would be ready. Had a cup of tea, finished emails and then my car was ready.

They’ll take your money but good luck with any help afterwards. Can’t even get a manager to answer a phone or call you back! My temp tags are expiring and MVA says they have nothing from the dealership! Kenya in tags and title absolutely not helpful and no return call from Omar Ramos (mgr)! Terrible service!!

Pam I'm sorry that you license plates are taking longer to arrive than we expected and I understand your frustration. I assure you that most license plates arrive withing 6-8 week of the purchase. Unfortunately the MVA is taking longer than we anticipated with the processing of your tags due to proof of relationship documents that they requested. Again I apologize that this is still ongoing and we will do whatever we can to speed this process up for you. Our business manager and tag and title clerk have spoken with you multiples times to explain this. Again we apologize for the delay and we are calling the MVA each day for an update to be able to give you.

They lied about the vehicle’s history, assuring me it was free of damage, only for me to later discover it still had dents and scratches. They claimed to have “buffed out the dents,” but when I inspected the car, it looked like nothing had been done. The dents and scratches were still clearly visible. When I asked the sales manager to at least touch up the scratches with paint, he adamantly refused and responded arrogantly. I left feeling cheated, frustrated, and determined never to set foot in that dealership again. If you don’t want to be deceived, stay far away from this place.
