Truly Great Service

The staff at Baierl Ford truly understand customer service. I stopped using a Ford dealer that was much closer to my home because they offered poor service. I have now had several experiences at Baierl and they have all been excellent. I recommend them highly.

Horrible Service

They put a new battery put in my Expedition & in less than a year it died. When my husband called about it & wanted to bring it in, the woman he spoke with said nothing could be done unless the vehicle arrived with the dead battery in it. So...we were going to have to have the vehicle towed there to have the battery replaced. Needless to say, we just ate the $100 + that we paid for a junk battery + the cost of the new one. We'll never go back there for service.

F350 owner

The best service recommendation for my Ford F350 dually and for several of the other service customers. The Service Manager was extremely accurate in his diagnoses, patient with his explanations and kind in his words to all the customers on this Saturday morning. Bravo! The service associate who answered the phone was also very good with her explanations and offered the available services in a kind and professional manner. Kudos to her! As an organization, you have won my respect and trust!

Dealer who lies

I bought a 2012 Mazdaspeed 3 from them. test drive and everything went great. I went to buy 3 days after the test drive and was supposed to pick up the car that night. The dealer never visually inspected the exhaust system and told me a new one would have to be put on to pass emissions. I was originally told 2 to 3 days. Its turned into over a week and a dealer employee lying about the cars actual condition. Thanks for a great deal and service but being truthful from the start makes it a whole lot easier.
