Staff were professional and about their work. Whenever I called to check on my vehicle, person I talked with was polite and willing to assist me. Repair was done when promised and it was a good job.

My complaint has little to do with quality of service,
My complaint has little to do with quality of service, which was fine and quite cordial. It was the fact that the service that was performed on my car should not have been left up to me in the first place. Had someone at Ourisman test driven the car prior to sale, they would have discovered that the wheels were out of balance, thus causing the steering wheel to shake rather violently at certain speeds. So, over the span of several weeks, after multiple requests and numerous unanswered calls and voicemails on my part, I took it upon myself to book a service appointment to resolve the matter. Now I am out $92.45 for a repair that wasn’t my responsibility in the first place. Purchased the Chevy Bolt on May 7, 2025. Deal Number: 623883 I’m thinking that the least you can do is reimburse me for the charges for having my wheels rebalanced. Repair order invoice number : CVXS835364 Repair date : 06/03/25 Regards, Volker

I went to Ourisman Chevrolet in Marlow Heights to get a key code for my 2012 Chevy Sonic after losing both keys. According to the information on their website, I only needed to prove ownership, which I did by bringing my bill of sale, title, and other documents proving ownership. Despite having everything required, the parts manager (not Dan) refused to help me. Frustrated, I drove to Virginia the same day, asked the parts specialist there the exact same thing, and was given my key code without a problem. In the end, I’d rather drive 30 miles or more to another Chevy dealership than return to Ourisman Chevrolet. Terrible service.
