I have repeatedly told the salesman that the vehicle is leaking oil. The first time I drove the vehicle there was an oil burning smell. He apparently says that he could not smell it. I agreed to buy the car regardless after he said, he was going to give it to his SERVICE team to look over the car again. The next day he called back and said that everything was fine no leaks in the car. The salesman said that his service team thought it might be some form of candle that was ran over causing an oil burning smell.????? I?m not sure that even makes sense to anybody. My daughter and I went up there after work to pick up the car, drove it back to San Diego and as we got home, the vehicle started smoking. The smoke was coming from oil hitting the exhaust manifold, causing the oil burning smell. I called the salesman back and he basically told me that nothing was wrong with the car. I took pictures and he says that looks normal to him. Through all this, I did not ask him to fix the car nor did I ask for any money reimbursement to do so. He was so on the defensive about getting the car out and did not even ask what the next steps were. By the way, the fix for that oil leak is going to cost me $35 for valve cover, gaskets in which I told the salesman. This is by the way something in which my mechanics from another dealership in which I?ve been working for the last 23 years tells me. Again, I did not ask for any money reimbursement just an acknowledgment from the greedy sales salesman. Have the salesman figure out what truly is the problem first and offer at least an ear before rambling off about what?s not wrong with the car and how it is that all the stuff is normal and if this is how AutoNation is going to treat their customers after buying a second car from them, they should reconsider their business model

Gabriel and his team diagnosed and repaired a problem with our Infiniti?s starter that we had been dealing with for months. He kept me informed throughout the process. It was great to see that customer service is a high priority for him and his team.

I purchased a used truck from this dealership and the purchase process itself went smoothly, which is why I?m giving them 2 stars instead of 1. Unfortunately I?ve had an unresolved registration issue with the vehicle. I?ve called the dealership about four times over the past two months trying to get it resolved. Each time I manage to reach someone, I?m told they will look into it and call me back, but I never hear anything. Most recently I was assured someone would get back to me by the end of the day. That was three days ago and I still haven?t received a call or email. The issue has left me driving a vehicle with incomplete registration stickers, which means every time I drive it I have to worry about being pulled over even though I?ve already paid the registration. I normally try to resolve issues directly with a business before leaving a negative review, but after multiple calls over the past two months and repeated promises of follow up that never happened, I?m left feeling ignored. Since registration processing is handled through the dealership during the sale, I?m hoping someone there can step in and make sure this gets corrected. I would gladly update this review if the issue is resolved.

gabe and the crew did a great job on my car, he kept me informed and kept his promises on cost and when it would be ready. I've been here a few times and they always are easy to work with.

I bought a car from Infiniti Tustin California and engine light came up a week later. I took my car to another Autonation at Carlsbad Subaru and they didn't fix the car compeletely. I waited 4 hours at the first day, they didn'r fix it at that day and Carlsbad Subaru Autonation's service agent didn't inform me well. I tried to talk to their service supervisor but they said she was busy but she was going to give me a call later. She didn't at the end. Meanwhile, I tried to reach Infiniti Tustin sales department's supervisor and called them more than 5 times at different times but nobody called me back. I told about my situation so may times to them called back and forth and still no help or information received. At the end, i gave these two dealership 1 star on google and yelp. I'm seeking my legal rights at rhe moment. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. The worst experience ever.

Zero follow up. Customer service is fine right up until documents are signed. After sale has been made zero follow up. Calls, text, and emails not responded to.
