Miller Toyota Manassas is a nightmare for service.
Miller Toyota Manassas is a nightmare for service. The service manager was hostile, refused to provide future service, and treated reasonable customer requests as unreasonable demands. Staff fumbled basic tasks, contradicted themselves, and management offered no accountability. After decades of loyalty to Toyota, I will never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this dealership. What should be a straightforward, professional experience was instead humiliating, disorganized, and unacceptably hostile.

Miller Toyota Manassas is a nightmare for service. The service manager was hostile, refused to provide future service, and treated reasonable customer requests as unreasonable demands. Staff fumbled basic tasks, contradicted themselves, and management offered no accountability. After decades of loyalty to Toyota, I will never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this dealership. What should be a straightforward, professional experience was instead humiliating, disorganized, and unacceptably hostile.

I recently purchased a 2026 Highlander Hybrid Platinum.
I recently purchased a 2026 Highlander Hybrid Platinum. My salesperson was Gary Rogers. He was great!! Gary answered ALL of my many questions from deciding which one I wanted to buy through how do all these new features work! No question or concern was too small to address. Additionally, he returned my calls promptly. There was no pressuring me to buy a certain model. Of course, he presented options and things to think about, but the final decision was mine. After my car arrived, I dealt with Angel, finance manager and Melissa, inventory manager. Both were very friendly and professional. Gary stayed involved answering questions and navigating me through the purchasing process. This is our family’s 3rd purchase from Miller. This 2026 Highlander replaces my 2005 Highlander. We also have a 2016 Highlander. Because they have always treated us with respect and because of their professionalism, we keep coming back when we need to upgrade our cars. We get all our service performed at Miller. Our service adviser, Dimas, is wonderful! We truly appreciate working with him. I would definitely recommend Gary and all of Miller’s supporting staff when buying your next car from Miller.

I love my 2021 RAV4 but was considering trading for a
I love my 2021 RAV4 but was considering trading for a newer model because a warranty issue was not well explained by another dealer. Miller had a 2024 on Cars.com at a reasonable price. To my surprise, instead of pushing the sale, the manager listened and showed me how the issue had been resolved. I will definitely go to Miller the next time I am looking to trade and/or buy a Toyota and for service. That's good customer service for the long term.

For both purchases, Wes and his sales team of Manolo and Jose were most helpful, knowledgeable and organized so the whole process was smooth and quick. I recently bought a 2024 Corolla Cross from Miller Toyota and received amazing customer service from Manolo Manzanera. This is the second car my family bought from Manolo. He answered all of my questions and made the experience as simple as possible. The dealership is fantastic - both cars were Toyota gold certified and came with warrantees. The finance manager, Jose, was also very fast and transferred my plates so that I didn't have to go to the DMV. There was no sales pressure from either Manolo or Jose - i truely felt like they had my best interests at heart and wanted to make it a good experience. Manolo also connected my phone to the car, saving me the time and hassle of doing it myself. Highly recommend this dealership and Manolo.
