Traded in my old F-150 Truck six months ago. Tustin Toyota never completely paid off my trade in, now I am stuck with the bill and is going to collections....no one returns my calls or responds to my emails in this place. I will never do business again in this dealership. Worst experience ever. Tried contacting the GM of the dealership to address the issue, I was told he is never there and he never talks to customers directly. Ford finance is now threatening to take me to collections and ruin my credit due to the lack of follow up from Tustin Toyota staff.

Great service
We leased a new Toyota Mirai last week from Tustin Toyota. They had many models in stock to fit our needs. Our agent Jimmie H. was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and helpful, and we drove away very satisfied. He also called to follow up a few days later to make sure we were enjoying the new car. Financial adviser Anthony was also very personable, patient, explained things very clearly, and made the financial process very seamless. I have already started referring friends/family to visit Tustin Toyota, and I look forward to continuing to work with them.
