They took my car for a joy ride.

I brought my Tacoma in to their service department for a simple ABS brake light diagnostic. They were supposed to diagnose and tell me why my brake light was on. Instead, they took the car out for a joy ride. They drove it so hard a rod shot through the side of the engine block and seized the truck. I drove in with a working truck and I had to tow it away from the dealership. Their excuse was that this could have happened to anyone. Now I am left with no car to even go to work. Do not take your car here. They will ruin your car and your life.

Jose and Adrian the best!

Jose and Adrian at Tustin of Toyota were awesome! They listened to the features I was looking for in a car and they didn’t add any unnecessary pressure on my car search. Jose gave us the best deal he could! Highly recommend.

Don’t waste your money at this Service location

I had service done on my car at this dealer and was disappointed with the customer service. I told them my breaks squeak ever since they changed the breaks. This is our third time taking the car in for them to fix it and tell us nothing is wrong. Caesar, my advisor, sent me to the back to pay for the service without the paperwork even though he had it on his desk. I had to walk back to take the paperwork. When they brought the car back the young man drove my car far away passing by me and had me walk to get it. Spend your money somewhere else where you are treated with dignity.

Beware of Tusin Toyota 👎

My elderly retired parents bought a car from Tustin Toyota last week and after they walked away with the car they noticed the agreement was more than the actual sticker price by $5k more and was not part of the written agreement worked out before being financed. They returned back today and were informed they increased the price due to the trade in value was less. This was all worked out on paper and my parents agreed to the price but the agreement they signed had a different price. This always happens to people who are elderly. Watch what you sign cause Tustin Toyota will do a bait and switch.

Good diagnosis of my car issue.

Good diagnosis of my car issue. Great service writer in Kirk Putnam. Had a good price in fixing. Issue. On picking up the. Car the report from the mechanic suggested some maintenance items and one was change the brake fluid. This was a bogus item as the brake fluid was changed 6 months ago by Tustin Lexus. I feel this is an example of pushing a job when not needed by Tustin Toyota. This needs to be looked at as customers relies on the expertise and not a money generator.. Larry, Lexus/Toyota recommends replacing the brake fluid every 3 years. Unfortunately, serivce history access is limited to Toyota's records only, therefore we were unable to see that a fluid exchange was recently completed by a Lexus dealer. I do not use your dealership for all my service items. I am sure that the trained mechanic could easily see that my brake fluid was clean and clear. I felt that this was another example by the dealership to gin up service when service was not needed. He also recommended new coolant which was change 6 months ago and was clearly not needed. Just because you don't have a record of service at your dealership is not a valid reason to gin up service when clearly not needed. I often use an independent for some servicing. because These are 2 examples why I do not always use your dealership or trust you when you recommend serving when clearly none was needed.
