Empire had the vehicle I was looking for so I flew in from Detroit to make my deal. Demond and the staff at Empire were very focused on making sure I was taken care of throughout the whole of the car buying process. I didn’t experience any of the runaround or other games that I got from a lot of other dealers I engaged with as I was shopping for this vehicle. Based upon my experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Demond and Empire Hyundai of New Rochelle

I got a new engine but thereafter spent $5000 , which I am hoping will make the car last longer. I have bought at least 4 cars over the years with Empire Hyundai of New Rochelle, so I am a satisfied customer mainly because of the dependability of Hyundai vehicles. It was a real pleasure to have Krystina Colon helping me a long , as she was always very helpful and supportive. I am hoping to keep this Hyundai Sante Fe 2018 car for about 4 years and then by a new one .

It was a pleasure working with Demond Jones. I remember meeting him when I walked in the dealership to price a Genesis. I told him then I would be back. A year later I came back to him and leased my 2023 Palisade.

I visited this dealership to test drive a 5N, having made an appointment beforehand I drove 45 minutes. The sales representative was exceptionally courteous. Regrettably, the sales manager, John, exhibited a completely opposite demeanor, displaying rudeness. He refused to allow the car in question to depart the premises, asserting that it is a special vehicle that is not permitted for test drives. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment unless you are prepared to endure disrespectful treatment and a lack of consideration for potential clients. For your information, I am the proud owner of two Hyundai Ioniq9s and a 5N that I acquired elsewhere, where I received the respect and courtesy that clients deserve.
