Got in and out of service quick. Great customer service and I'm relieved the routine maintenance didn't take too long.

Brought my 2014 CR-V in for a 10yr major service. They did a great job changing all fluids and belts, rotating tires and setting alignments, changing break pads, and few other things. The quality of work is great. But one huge let down is that they charge nearly 3% for credit card payment. The final charge was about $2000. About 3% of that would be ~$60 extra. I won’t go back for any major maintenance for that reason.

The only reputable Honda dealership in San Diego. It is the only dealership that I would buy a car from or have repairs. Great staff. Refreshing to find an ethical company that’s not all about greed and ripping off the customer. Thank you Pacific Honda.

My car’s AC wasn’t working well and pacific Honda took care of it quickly and it was under an extended warranty created by Honda so I didn’t have to pay for it. Works great now!

Pacific Honda replaced one of my tires. John Ablao (service advisor), sourced out a tire for me (on a Saturday) since they didn’t have one in stock. Got me back out on the road within a reasonable timeframe. Great people, service, and experience overall. Highly recommended!

My Bluetooth quit connecting on my new Honda Civic Hybrid, & it needed a software update by the service department...all is well now..they were good.

Ian was super helpful in getting me something comfortable with my budget range super quick with my deal although it does take time it was a fast process for a first time buyer experience.
