The service department is great. Clean facility, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Elizabeth got me checked in again today and again was great. Courteous and professional, giving recommendations, but not pushy trying to upsell additional services. She helps make the customer experience just different and positive at Klaben from what I have experienced at other dealerships.

He emphasized how important honesty, integrity, and customer satisfaction are to their team and truly went above and beyond to correct the experience. When I came back a few days later, the entire experience was completely different. Chris, my salesperson, was phenomenal—knowledgeable, personable, and easy to work with. (He even dropped my rental car off at enterprise down the street so I could drive my new Jeep home!) Joby in finance was just as great- friendly, honest, and made everything simple and stress-free. Tim, Chris, and Joby truly went above and beyond to turn my initial experience around. You can tell this team genuinely cares about their customers. I absolutely love my new Jeep Compass and will definitely be coming back in the future. I would highly recommend Klaben Auto to my friends and family without hesitation!
