Stopped by to test drive this car .

Stopped by to test drive this car . The owner supposedly took the car in the shop to get the front struts replaced. So that was very disappointing that the car was not there. So I didn't want it to be a waste of time. I got keys for 2 other cars, one was a 300 and the other was a impala. So the impala was dead!!! Did not start!! Test drove the 300 so many things wrong with that car. I would not buy a car here at this dealership!!save your hard earned money and go somewhere else..

Absolutely the worst place you could buy a car!

Absolutely the worst place you could buy a car! Sold my son his first car with 4 7 year old tires That were dried up and cracked. Also the tire pressure sensors were all bad. They have a fifteen day warranty but it is worthless. They will not honor anything that has to do with repairing the vehicle. Now we are dumping $2000 more. To make the car safe for my son. Extremely unprofessional And totally unhelpful. Would absolutely not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I absolutely would recommend this place!

I absolutely would recommend this place! I don’t understand people saying they had trouble with the car they got here. We bought a 3 Month WARRANTY FOR $99! Had a transmission issue right before the 3 months was expired and was covered under our warranty. Like any other product, simply purchase a warranty! Our car was $5600.00. They don’t build the cars .....no one knows what will happen months down the road with any used car. We just brought our neighbor here this past weekend and they bought a car too for $6200.00 and yes they bought a warranty! Thanks New Deal for offering Warranties on your cars. The Sales staff are so low pressure. The place is very busy is the only thing but every place needs more staff these days! They let you test drive the cars by yourself which is nice too! Cleanest and friendliness dealership we have ever been too! THANK YOU to your team!!

Vehicles are a Safety Hazard! Don’t buy here.

This dealer is an unscrupulous place. The vehicle I was interested in purchasing turned out to be in severe mechanical disrepair. As I test drove it, the vehicle was shaking, had multiple warning indicators on dashboard, and started to smell like something was on fire. When I attempted to address my concerns with the sales person, he was aloof and disinterested in my feedback. Took the keys back and moved on to the next victim. Shame on this dealer for taking advantage of people.

I bought a used car from this dealership, and it broke

I bought a used car from this dealership, and it broke down 10 minutes after I drove it off the lot. That was 16 days ago. They have not been able to repair it and they won't refund my money. They promised me a loaner car but reneged on that promise. They told me that they have an indefinite time to repair the car and that it could take months. That is not true. Under Arizona law, the owe me a refund after two failed repair attempts. They have already tried twice, and I found out from the repair shop that they tried to repair the same problem several times before I bought the car. Do not use this dealership. They will cheat you. I will probably have to hire a lawyer to get my money back.

About a month ago my daughter bought a car from New Deal

About a month ago my daughter bought a car from New Deal Preowned auto's and within the first few days the check engine light came on, now this was still with in the first 15 days, so they are responsible to look into and resolve the issue, we took this car to them 3 times with the understanding they were going to make good on their word and fix it. We got it back the first time, still the light would come on, same issue the second time, and then the 3rd time, they called her and told her the issue was corrected. We again picked it up and my daughter noticed that the panel just under the Streeting wheel area was loose and hanging down, so we were curious to see if they had corrected the issue, so we check the reading to see if the check engine light issue had been fixed, and it had not, we looked under the panel to see what had been done or if anything seemed out of place and they had disconnected the check engine light completely. They never fixed the problem. The service manager Jerry told my daughter that he had driven it 50+ miles just to make sure the issue was fixed and that the lighter wouldn't come back on, they told her it was fixed, (So of course Jerry lied) They are snakes in the grass, Arizona seriously needs a lemon law, they shouldn't be allowed to get away with this. Something needs to be done. Things like this shouldn't ever happen. And calling them won't make them take responsibility. They will just argue with us like they did in the beginning, it took my boyfriend going down there with me to just so they would speak to us with respect. The service manager Jerry needs to be fired, he lies and is deceitful. This is unacceptable and we will be contacting a lawyer for more advise on what our legal stans is on these issues. HOW DARE YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A YOUNG PERSON, JUST STARTING OUT IN LIFE AS AN ADULT. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES, I AM TRYING TO UNDERSTAND HOW YOU COULD SLEEP AT NIGHT DOING WHAT YOU DO, KNOWING YOU HAVE DONE THIS TO SOMEONE. Thank God above she got the extended warranty so it can get fixed the right way, the safe way. But that isn't going to let you guys off the hook, we are still going to be seeking our legal rights.
