Looking to see a vehicle seen online but didn't like

Looking to see a vehicle seen online but didn't like after seeing in person, but did find another that we purchased, with no pressuring salesman hanging onto us until we were ready to look at another. Friendly, tried to answer any questions we had, and then set us up for test drive. Afterwards, he set us up to do the paperwork with Stephanie, who also friendly and answered any questions we had. Haven't had the SUV enough to say anything more of it yet, but time will tell, it tested well and like the make so fingers crossed. Thanks, Jeff

CJ the best car salesman ever.

I met the best salesman ever his name is CJ Chavez. He was very knowledgable about the cars. He took his time to show me cars and he was so pleasant and very nice. And between him and the Manager they gave me a great deal on a Nissan Altima. And I knew my car that I was trading in was not worth much. But they surprised me with the trade and discounts. CJ took his time to get to know what kind of car I needed with gas prices going up. But like I said I never met anyone that just took his time to get to know me as a person and as hot as it gets outside he didn't let that stop him from doing his job. I wish there were more people like him. Thanks CJ Chavez I will remember you kindness and your salesmanship. Ken Holliday

Service Manager Jerry-very rude and unhelpful

Recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Salesman, Dominic, couldn't have been more accommodating and pleasant. The purchase itself was a great experience, however, Jerry, Service Mgr, much different experience. Needed to contact him right away by phone, as the vehicle purchased turned out to have some immediate noted repairs within 15 days of purchase. First spoke with Ron, very nice and willing to help. Was then sent to speak to Jerry about the situation with our purchase needing expensive repairs. Jerry, in my opinion, very difficult to talk to, rude, and very condescending. Wasn't accommodating at all with the seriousness of the situation and wasn't offering to help at all with the repairs existing upon purchase. No satisfactory solution was offered. Very disappointing as vehicle is for a sixteen year old and we were promised great customer service by sales rep. We were also told that vehicle was inspected by a certified mechanic PRIOR to sale and if that was the case, these major repairs shouldn't have been needed. Would not recommend at this point, based upon conversation with Jerry.

My daughter bought a car here that was a total lemon.

My daughter bought a car here that was a total lemon. It drove fine on the test drive and they assured us that they are inspected and road ready before purchase. We got the 6 month warranty as well. Just days after the warranty expired the engine went out and had to be replaced for several thousand dollars. Then the electrical system started failing. Then spark plugs. Then starter. Then leaking transmission fluid. This is all less than a year from purchase. She has spent almost as much on repairs as she has on the vehicle. Do not buy here. They will patch a car so it looks ok, but you will be screwed shortly after purchase.

Not Ethical - Bring a mechanic with you!

Not Ethical! I was given $300 off a 2007 Chevy Aveo with 101,000 miles. Thought I got a deal with 15 day/500 miles Implied warranty. Issues day one leaving the lot, in 1 week, consistent issues was told by Gerry the service manager only if the car broke down due to engine or tranny will the repair and I pay for part. I got a full GM Diagnostic from a reputable mechanic and the car has transmission leak, engine leak and coolant leak and leaky struts besides the $450 I had to pay to clean a carbon stuck EGR Valve. Was told by Gerry that except for the ECG Valve, the those are considered "maintenance" so I would have to pay for it. How can they in all ethical standards, sell a car with those issues?

Buyer beware

Purchased an RX350 cash. Paid dealership $399 to handle the paperwork. Since they didn't bother to check the box to have a title printed and sent to me, I now have several hours into doing the job I paid them to do. 7 weeks now and still no title.

Don’t even go there or to their site!

Bought a car from them on Tuesday and didn’t even get home before a sensor comes on. Take the car in on Sunday afternoon and here it is Wednesday afternoon and I still don’t have said car. Talked to Ron, he claims there’s nothing they can do and will fix it but it’s not his fault. I haven’t had a car for 3 days and am not eligible for a courtesy vehicle until tomorrow morning “if they have one available.” Oh, and they sold the car to me for $500 more than it was listed for on the website but they said the lowest price they could give me for a cash buy was what they sold it to me for. One of, if not the biggest scam dealerships there is!
