I love Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis! I would RATE this with10 STARSI I purchased and service all my cars there. My recent experience, as per usual, because of Karen Farina, was nothing less than impressive & outstanding. Her friendliness, professionalism, knowledge, dedication, commitment & excellence to customer complete satisfaction & excellent sales acumen is beyond exceptional & rare. She explained the process clearly & provided updates regularly, which was reassuring. Her ability to listen & understand my needs was evident, making me feel heard & valued. Her proactive approach to resolving issues & ensuring positive outcomes was commendable. She is the main reason, I will only/always go to Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. I always feel like a valued customer & family member upon arrival. My car is always well cared for and serviced. I had a totally stress-free & positive service experience. Buyer beware of Sheehy Auto Store (Bay Motor Car) in Annapolis, which operates as a Lexus dealership. I experienced fraud, deception, and misrepresentation during my purchase. I bought a vehicle in March 2025 with 42,000 miles for cash, but I have yet to receive the title. They misrepresented that they had the title and claimed it was a clean title, which turned out to be false. Additionally, the vehicle's air conditioning failed within two hours of purchase, and the engine developed problems after just 2,000 miles. The dealership covered these issues up. I should have recognized the warning signs when they repeatedly claimed to have the most rigorous standards for inspecting vehicles in Maryland. I took the car to an Audi dealership for a thorough checkup, and they were shocked by its condition, advising me to return it to the dealership. There has been no communication from management, and all the salespeople informed me that the warranty was limited to only 1,000 miles. There’s a clear reason why this dealership has a poor reputation and poor rating. Sham on me for not during my homework on this dealership and thinking was a legitimate mate Lexus dealership. All they want is your cash or the sale.

I purchased my Lexus at a local dealer.
I purchased my Lexus at a local dealer. Sheehy is quite a farther distance away, with considerable traffic. None-the-Less I've had my 2012 RX350 serviced at Sheehy. The determining factors for choosing a servicing dealer include quality of service and attention to detail. We pay 1) notably more for Lexus than comparably sized SUVs, or 2) the same or less than other (so-called) luxury SUVs. Lexus offers the best balance for comfort and reliable features. Service that supports driving reliability is paramount. Attention to detail is just as important. So far, Sheehy delivers and maintains my repeat business and deserves this review rating. I recommend Sheehy to Lexus owners for service. I also recommend that Lexus owners grade their service providers after every service and hold their service providers accountable. Service isn’t inexpensive and the quality must be equitable with the given trust.

Kind Sales but Failed Transaction Follow Through
I initially had a great experience with Rusha, my sales person. She was wonderful and really took care of me and our family. It is now four months later and I have found out the registration the dealership gave me is not valid. I have exchanged emails, spent time with endless ringing on the phone with no answers, and in the end am told to go register the vehicle myself at MVA. I already paid registration during the sale, I have apparently been driving illegally for four months due to fault of Sheehy, I have a medically complex daughter and work full time so I can't just run to MVA when I can get an appointment. There is a reason that we do the registration as part of the transaction and I certainly wouldn't expect a Lexus dealer to be letting me down even four months later. So please, if you are going to make a purchase here, MAKE sure you are covered with all of the transactional needs and have a VALID registration, what they printed me is absolute not valid, I confirmed with the MVA. I still do not have an actual solution to this other than to contact someone that might be able to advise legally of what the dealerships obligation is when they were paid and provided a 'registration'. I really liked this dealership too, everyone there had been great. Also, just in fairness, to note, I purchased a used non-Lexus, so I am sure I am not getting Lexus treatment. I did during the sale buy all of the Lexus extended plans, extended warranty, tire and wheel package and GAP. When I tried to use the plans at Sheehy I found out I can't, they only are usable on Lexus vehicles. I have to have service done on my own and submit for reimbursement to the plans. They suggested I take my car to the VW dealer, but they don't accept the Lexus service plan. The only one that is really worth my time and effort is the GAP plan. So the security in having the policy sounds great when executing the contracts but trying to use them, not great. I have requested cancellation, this is not yet confirmed.

Best experience I’ve ever had
I drove 5 hours for this deal,the salesman Yasir made me feel at ease and sure enough to make the trip, and it was worth it!He guided me through the whole process, without any pressure,answered all my concerns and gave me a detailed look via FaceTime of the vehicle, as well as correcting any wishes I had before making the trip. When I arrived he came in on his day off just to meet me and deliver the car! He went the extra mile and Chris List was also excellent to deal with. An Amazing Service from Jamal Michael Allen!
This is the first time I go through the process of buying a new car without any hassle and stress as I usually have to deal with when buying a new car. I start out the process by stop by the dealer with name as Sheehy Lexus of Anapolis at Maryland. I am so surprised that I got the deal of the car after 1 hour spend at the dealer with Jamal Allen, the men who help me in buying the new Lexus car at the dealer. It took only about 15 minutes, then I have a very good deal right away. This negotiate step usually is the most stressful and time consuming when buying a new car. I usually get a lot of hassle and mean from the salesman, but Jamal Allen gave me a pleasure time during the process. That was so quick and so easy when I got the good deal from Allen. I got the deal in only 15 minutes which make me can’t believe that was so quick. Usually the process of buying a new car take about 3 weeks of my time. This time takes only 1 hours then I am done with a good deal. That is amazing and I still wonder at the moment now. I don’t know how I can express all my appreciate feeling I have to Jamal. I keep telling Jamal that, “Thanks very much for your service, you have help me so much and make my life easier and relaxing on buying a new car”. I bought this car for my wife, therefore on the day of the car deliver I came in with my wife to pick up the car. Jamal spent his time to help my wife to get familiar with all feature that is available with the car. He make my wife happy that mean he make me happy also. I highly recommend Jamal Allen at the dealer to anyone who are looking for to buy a new car without any hassle and stress that we usually have to go through when buying a new car.
