Ed King is wonderful! I had a tough situation and he got it done! Very knowledgeable and persistent. I love this place. Sam did a great job as well.

Excellent and enjoyable Car Purchase Experience

I went to Payless Motors in desparate need of a car to commute to and from work. I went in thinking I would not get approved, because of credit issues, but I was wrong. From the minute I walked in, I was treated with respect and dignity throughout the whole purchase. The staff was very pleasant, especially Mr. Ed and Mr. Sam. Ed and Sam went above and beyond. They were very helpful and did everthing in their power to get me in a car that same day. They also made the experience more enjoyable. You are treated like family from the time you walk in the door through the time you are riding away in your new vehicle. I will definitely recommend Payless Motors to my friends and family.

Honest and upfront..

From the 1st call to when I drove off the lot my experience was one of a kind. The staff is very nice and very honest. They made me feel comfortable with the whole car buying experience. Will definately be referring my friends and family.

Wasted time

Apparently It takes these guys 3+ weeks to inspect a vehicle. If it wasn't ready to be sold, it shouldn't have been listed for sale...But I guess the good in all of this is all the time waiting did let me find what I wanted elsewhere and avoided dealing with these guys

Bad service , do not purchase from here

Payless motors is a dealership with nice attractive cars but in bad quality. I purchased a Volkswagen phaeton from them in February and now my car is having problems. The service guys are really unorganized, my car has been within their care for 2 weeks now and they do not call to give you a status of how your car is doing. I literally have to there every other day after school to see what's going on with my car. When purchasing the vehicle the service guys promised to replace a certain part on the car for me, till this day I still haven't received that replacement part, and now their telling me my warranty doesn't cover it after they've already told me they ordered it. Another problem is the extended warranty, it's such a sophisticated problem just to get a rental car. 2 weeks now and I've been paying out of pocket. Overall , if you want to worry less and have no stress, do not purchase a vehicle from here, I am 19 and a full time student , and it's just been mind boggling as to why they have such bad service. I can not wait till their done with my car so I can trade it in asap.

junk cars

They are giving their cars away only because the cars are a piece if crap. The mechanics are only qualified to do some of the work the cars may need. They will also skip over repairs that are obvious if tjat is not the reason you bought the car in for. I've had my car 8 months and have been to thw repair shop countless times. Make sure to purchase the extended warranty because when they say they sell used cars they very much mean USED. The owner is very rude and disrespectful once you purchase that vehicle. As well as the infamous Martina who thinks she is part owner. Once you get that car you are no longer important nor are your needs associated with the car.

Thumbs down!!!!!

Payless Motors, where do I begin, One can overlook the staffs antics. They will do their best to get you into a vehicle. But the car you will get most likely be a piece of junk. Purchased a vehicle there, within 2 months, I was at their repair shop no less than 4 times and the vehicle still was not properly repaired. At the last visit I was there over four hours, which seems to be typical with them, after which I was told my vehicle was fixed. When I drove off I noticed the check engine light was still on, took the vehicle back and was told to come back the following week for repairs. who has time for this nonsense for a vehicle purchased 2 months ago. Stay far away for Payless Motors

Great Service

I was in desperate need of a car. Went to Payless Motors and left with a car. Martinis was very helpful and knowledgeable of her job. I really appreciate all her hard work and help she provided to me while I was there.
