Cesar is very helpful, pleasant and professional. He always makes repairs on my vehicle less stressful by explaining the issue and he finds a easy solution to fix it. I recommend anyone who drives a Nissan to take it to this dealership for repairs so that their car will be fixed right and in a timely manner.

I dropped my car off for routine 120,000 service and within one hour I was called by Gary to share with me I had some major auto repairs and could I come back to the dealership. Of course, I returned and he took me to the garage and along with a service technician explained the issues. I left the car overnight to think about would I proceed with service or inquiry about a new vehicle. Upon leaving I ran into John who immediately took me under his wing and directed me to Anthony and I began asking questions about a new Murano. Returned the next day able to take an additional ride to my home to check out if the car would fit in my garage and my ride along salesman was Ramsey very personable guy. I did make a decision to purchase and all along the way I was given time, advice , options and had the fortune of meeting Basil who would made the paper signing painless. He has a wonderful sense of humor. If my memory is correct I have purchased five cars from Empire Nissan. Exceptional Service.
