I'm 53 so have bought a few cars in my lifetime. We have been shopping for about two weeks for Honda CRV-Hybrid. Come across one online that was a great price. We have been super busy lately and don't live that close to the dealership. Dealership is in Manassas and we live in Virginia Beach. Not only did they negotiate on an already good price, they delivered! The process was absolutely the best experience that I have had making a car purchase. No sitting in a showroom for 5 hours dealing with negotiations and paperwork. No haggling. It was perfect. I had an appointment scheduled for 8:00 AM, but the check-in process was a bit unclear and felt more like a first-come, first-served line, which was frustrating at first. That said, my experience completely turned around once I met Bryant. Bryant was outstanding. He was professional, clear, and genuinely helpful from the start. He took the time to explain everything, set expectations, and made it clear that he was going to take care of me. You hear that kind of thing a lot, but with Bryant, it was obvious he meant it. His approach immediately put me at ease and changed the entire tone of the visit. I’ve always had good experiences with Joyce Koons, and Bryant is a big reason why I’ll continue coming back. I purchased a new GMC Sierra 1500 from Koons GMC and I love it. The transaction was very easy and the price I received for my trade was great. Eric Park, the gentlemen I worked with was great. Walked me through everything with the OnStar and radio functions. An all around great dealership to work with.

In September 2024, I purchased a vehicle that unfortunately began experiencing multiple mechanical issues within the first year of ownership. Over a four-month period, these problems resulted in repeated repairs, extended downtime, and reliance on loaner vehicles. When exploring options for assistance, I was directed to GM corporate to pursue a buyback or resolution. That portion of the experience was difficult, with limited communication and a denial that created uncertainty and stress. Where this story changes is with the dealership. Once dealership leadership became involved, the experience improved significantly. I want to specifically recognize Matthew, Joon, and Bob for their professionalism and willingness to advocate on my behalf behind the scenes. Their involvement demonstrated accountability and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction during a complicated situation. While escalation took time, the dealership ultimately stepped in and helped move the situation toward resolution. Their advocacy and willingness to support a customer facing a difficult manufacturer process did not go unnoticed. I appreciate the dealership team’s effort and am now enjoying my vehicle. I plan to update this review after several months of ownership to reflect my long-term experience.

Every time I have my truck serviced here they always take care of me. They always go above and beyond. If something isn’t right, I’ll bring it back and they fix it right away with no issues. Whatever I need they take care of. Thank you. Will recommend to everyone.

Fantastic, best experience I've had when buying a car. Steve Hughes was excellent! It was the first time in my month long search that I felt like a Sales Consultant really listened to what I was saying. I knew which car I was interested in, what I wanted to pay and the whole process far exceeded my expectations. I ended up with the car I wanted with all the features I wanted thanks to Steve and even a lower interest rate then I was getting with my CU thanks to the finance dept. The planning ahead and the attention to detail in the early stages of this purchase made the final paperwork and completing the purchase easy and quick. I drove from Greensboro NC, 4.5 hours away to purchase the truck. The truck and all the details were ready, I was promptly taken care of and out the door in about an hour. Had to be the easiest and fastest vehicle purchases I have ever done. Completely satisfied, and happy I chose to do business at Joyce Koons GMC.
