Had a great experience with my salesman (Andreas Small) and the dealership as a whole. Came to a deal before I visited the dealership and they honored the deal when I showed up and didn’t try to renegotiate my trade-in value or our deal. Very pleasant experience.

Very disappointing experience with Koons Ford. On March 9, 2026, I leased a 2025 Ford Lightning from this dealership. This was my second purchase here, as I previously bought a new F-150 in 2022 and had an excellent experience at that time. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. During the process, several members of the management team, including the general manager, came across as unprofessional and disrespectful. The overall atmosphere felt disorganized and far from the level of professionalism you would expect when making a major purchase like a vehicle. The only positive part of the experience was my salesperson, who remained helpful and professional throughout the process. Unfortunately, he was even spoken to disrespectfully by management while I was present, which was surprising to see as a customer. Had I been made aware of the three-day return policy before it expired, I would have strongly considered returning the vehicle simply because of how unpleasant the overall experience was. I hope dealership leadership takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the professionalism and customer service of the management team.

I leased a 2025 Ford Lightning on March 9, 2026 from Koons Ford, and the experience was extremely disappointing. This was my second transaction with the dealership after purchasing an F-150 in 2022, which was a great experience—unfortunately this time was the complete opposite. Management, including the general manager, came across as unprofessional and disrespectful, and the overall process felt disorganized. The only positive part of the experience was my salesperson, who remained professional despite being spoken to poorly by management while I was present. Had I known about the three-day return policy before it expired, I would have seriously considered returning the vehicle due to how unprofessional the experience was.
