I would give this dealer a -1 if possible. I spoke to used car salesman Nick Pourmalek on 2/3/2025 to verify car (2023 Chrysler Pacifica Limited) would be available to look at, that financing through my credit union that is already approved is ok, and made an appointment to meet him around noon to see the car. I also told him I had about a 2 hour drive. I drive a little over 2 hours, get there and am told Nick is not there, because he had a personal emergency. I ask to still see the car and was told it was not available, because they were doing a repair on it. I did not receive any call, or text letting me know I the vehicle would not be available, so I drove over 2 hours for nothing. This is an inexcusable experience. They lost a very likely sale of this vehicle, but then again if they were truly having to repair it I probably did not was it anyway.

We had an amazing experience, Jerry Frizell Was our auto sales representative, and he made sure we had the best experience he helped us out every step of the way answering questions and make sure the process was easy and most importantly fast we were extremely pleased.

The people are nice but do not get a 25 ram here. In 2 weeks I've been in service 4 times. True it appears the 25's are garbage electronically but no one should be pushing these out

I called about the vehicle in the ad. The ad said 35 thousand when I called they said 43 thousand. If it's 43 thousand why are you giving a false ad?

Having family that lost property in the Palisades-Eaton Fires in January. I had to drive 2 hours to get a fair deal at Shaver. After a brief misunderstanding months later. Andrew and Nathan the Gen. Managers were able to offer me a fair resolution that confirmed even in our toughest times there's still compassion for strangers in a big city. They're a fine well run family business. Glad I went there.

It’s been less than a week!!!! ON TOP OF MAKING THEM PAY FOR TOWING 2 WAYS AND A $500 RESTOCKING FEE! You are CROOKED! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!

I would like to start by saying this is the worst service I have ever received. Dennis was our case manager and we were quoted over $13K for damage repair on our van. He then told our insurance it would be 20 days for repair. We took out a rental car during this time through our insurance, but when our 30 days ran out we discovered the service center had not even touched our vehicle. After escalation to manager we discovered the wrong part was ordered and that we would get a courtesy vehicle. They gave us a Jeep Cherokee which is 5 seats as opposed to our 7 seater van. I have 3 kids in carseats and they do not fit so my son has been in a travel carseat. We were then given an ETA on the new parts arrival to the service center. This date has been changed 3x adding 3 weeks to the time our van was at the service center. We now know that the correct part is in the service center and when asked for an ETA Dennis told us that he would maybe have an ETA next week. I think it's ridiculous that he keeps pushing us another week and we have not received a larger courtesy vehicle. I think Dennis is paid to lie to customers. I cannot imagine what he does for work. I would not recommend taking your car here.

Stay away from this dealer. Shady and rude employees and management. The worst customer service, if you can even call it that. The service advisor Mike Hulette threatened me. And the owner later said that this is an isolated incident and never happens there which was clearly a lie. I counted over 150 1-star reviews from customers who had similar or worse experience.
