Recently leased a car from Koons Tysons Toyota! Great experience over all. Sam Jawaid was great! Defintley recommend him! He truly does care about getting you exactly what you want and isn't just trying to sell you the first car you see. Going through the Finance team was great as well George Salme was quick and easy to work with. Pushkar was great to work with as well. Over the process was quick and easy! I defintley recommend Koons Tysons Toyota as your first choice when shopping for a car! Its quick, easy, and you are bound to get exactly what you are looking for with no need to compromise in anyway!

Aria my service manager was thorough and clear. Honest about what I could wait on until next service date. I had a certain amount I was budgeting for with this appointment. I appreciated that.

I drive a 2001 Toyota Tundra - just moved from NYC to VA. I had taken it to a local shop in Burke, VA to have it looked at due to some issues I was having and their diagnostics was $100 just to look at it. I went to Koons & saw Aria at the recommendation of my parents who swear by him and the problem was solved at almost half the price than the local shop. Aria kept me informed throughout the process and I believe I got a great service at a fair price. Will definitely go back.

Mike and Johnny were excellent to deal with but the whole process takes too long. Mike knew the product and Johnny knew the financing and both answered my questions and were helpful.

Was pleasantly surprised at the speed of the service where routine maintenance and recall was done within acceptable wait time. John was very courteous too.

I had scheduled an appointment for today, but last night after purchasing a bike rack and being gestured to by a couple of drivers, I decided I needed to pull over. Since the dealership was close by, I drove in, and even though it was close to closing time, John Boehm took the time to check things out. I was impressed and very grateful that he went above and beyond to ensure the car was safe to drive away. Today was my car's appointment. The service was done professionally as promised. The service manager, John Boehm answered my questions courteously. There were beverages and pastries available as well as TV, wifi for customers to enjoy while waiting for their vehicles. Although I did not use it this visit, there is also a courtesy shuttle. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Sales professional, Salem was wonderful, prompt in providing product information and out the door price before we made the 3 hour trip on Black Friday weekend. Once we arrived the entire Koons team was very hospitable. Chad Ridges in finance was knowledgeable, personable and timely with the paperwork.
