Inventory bait.. These people constantly checked in with me to get a Mazda I inquired for. After I submitted a credit report and they pulled me and my co applicants credit, they called me and said I was good to go. Not even 20 minutes later, they call back and say the car sold not even one hour before. Instead of them to apologize for their lack of communication and unprofessionalism, they instantly offer me a Honda with a much higher budget and tell me they already got me approved for the Honda without my permission.. I do NOT recommend this dealership, waste of time.

Dealer sold me a car and then next day had a major engine component fail making the car not drivable and refuses to assist with the repair. Have left messages and emails for the GM multiple times and he never calls back. Now I'm stuck with a major repair bill and does not want to take any accountability since I'm out of state and will not honor their warranty. Stay away from this dealership.

This is our 2nd new vehicle purchase from Phil at Jerry?s Ford. Great experience both times. Highly recommend purchasing vehicle from him. The parking lot is a bit crazy but large selection of vehicles.

Calvin was great to deal with, very professional and responsive to our needs. I would recommend Jerrys Ford Leesburg if your looking to buy new or used. Service department is top notch as well.

Purchased a vehicle there in August 2025. I should have never purchased. Its been a nightmare ever since. The salesman was nice. after I purchased the vehicle, I brought the vehicle back a week later because I was told by Chevrolet, the transmission was failing, Carlos, was nice and told me there as no way it was the transmission, and that Chevrolet was just trying to get me to buy a transmission. Carlos said the car was fine, although I kept having the same issue. Before I made the 2nd car payment, the vehicle was in the shop for over a week...because I need a new transmission, I need a purge valve and a map sensor, there is a leak by the gas tank. . Its been two weeks now and I still do not have a vehicle. I have spoken to Carlos since the vehicle has been in the shop. He told me since I have the warranty on the vehicle I should just pay the $500 out of pocket and let them fix it. Only problem is, the warranty wants to put a rebuilt transmission not a new one. Chevrolet does not want to use a rebuilt transmission. So here I am with no car for two weeks. Cheverolet told me they would put a new transmission in for the amount the warranty was wiling to pay for the rebuilt one. I will have to pay approximately $800 out of pocket. Thats not including the work for the purge valve and map sensor. the insurance would not cover those fixes.... MY ADVICE TO ANYONE THINKING OF BUYING FROM HERE ISTO RUN NOT WALK AWAY!

Should have walked out. The salesperson was pushy, the finance manager didn't know what he was doing, trying to get papers signed that were not to be signed. Paid way more for the vehicle than we should have, but the grandson loved the vehicle.

Recently purchased a new 2025 Ford Maverick hybrid at Jerry?s Leesburg Ford and couldn?t be happier with the purchase! The process was easy and quick thanks to the Phil from sales and Chris from financing. I was able to call ahead, test drive, understand my numbers, and leave with a new ford hybrid all within a few hours. Would recommend 10 out of 10

Battery in our Fusion drops dead on a Saturday. Jump started and to Jerry?s on Sunday. Thinking it would be a few days before they could get to it, I get a call on Monday at 10 am that our car ir READY!! Now that?s service.
