CarMax Oxnard

I love the website. Good descriptions and photos. Very complete - I had no extra questions. I only needed a visual and a test drive. I had the car shipped from Texas. A bit pricey $1,300, but I wanted this car to work for me so I committed. It was worth it. The car was exactly as described. I’ve driven it for almost 3 weeks and I love it. Great angle on the event by stating the bottom line price with no haggling. It makes the decision clean: do I want it for this price, or no. I did, and I have absolutely no regrets. Georgina Vargas was our Carmax rep. She did a wonderful job! I cant think of how the experience could have been better. She made everything happen so seamlessly and with expertise. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Carmax of Oxnard is a great place to purchase a used car. They keep all the commitments that they make and I have bought cars from them twice.

The internet was extremely slow. At one point, I was just going to leave and go through Carvana because it was taking hours for emails to go through.

Customer service was friendly and helpful. I didn't feel pressured at any point and I felt I got a very fair deal on my trade-in and purchase.
