Cole was awesome!

Cole was awesome! He made purchasing both vehicles so easy, and it was done without the stereotypical pressure that comes with buying a used car.

This experience reminded me why we prefer CarMax over

This experience reminded me why we prefer CarMax over regular dealerships. There was NO hassle and our salesman, Eric Johnson, was very personable and patient. They had a large variety of cars but we had one shipped from another location. It arrived by the next weekend so we went back and were able to purchase the car. We spent much less time there than normal dealerships as well. This was our 2nd CarMax purchase and it definitely won’t be our last.

This is the second time we used Carmax to buy a specific

This is the second time we used Carmax to buy a specific used car. We foiled the same procedure for both. We located the car we wanted and had it shipped to the Oxnard store. We looked it over, road tested and we decided to buy it. From this point we talked to a very knowledgeable sales person. She started the paperwork and by that afternoon we drove away in our new car. Recieved the registration and pink slip in about a month.

The vehicle purchase was as easy and straight forward as

The vehicle purchase was as easy and straight forward as it can be. My only issue is that I was sold a vehicle that wasn't 100% as described. I noticed a coolant leak about the 3rd day I had it. I called the service department and no answer, so I left a message to let them know I noticed my coolant was low and that there was possible a leak. I did not receive a call back at all. I also called their office number on Google and the rep I spoke with left them a message for them to contact me as well, still no call. I had to call their store again but this time I transferred myself to the sales team and not service. The rep I spoke with was able to get me through to service and to which I was able to finally schedule a service at almost 9 days of already having the vehicle. I work 2 jobs so I had to wait until I had an entire off day to bring my vehicle in to be serviced. Very inconvenient for me to have the car not even a month and already have to bring the vehicle in for service. Infiniti Q50

On my second dying vehicle to replace the first dying

On my second dying vehicle to replace the first dying vehicle they sold me. Lost work, a lot of income and sanity. Customer relations is a joke and not at all corporate they're useless and relate back to the location that already screwed up on EVERYTHING. Sell your beater here and buy somewhere else.
