Juwan, my salesperson was AMAZING to work with. It was a complicated deal for a myriad of reasons, but Jacob the GM and Noah in the finance department made it happen. A special shout out to Austin and Noah in service for getting a lost key replicated! The tech team here have the system down - we did a HUGE part of the deal via text and we were able to limit the in-dealer time drastically over previous purchases. The extended warranty and CPO process were icing on the cake and I definitely recommend working with them if a CDJR vehicle is in your future!

Last Friday, May 2, 2025 had a 0930 appt to get a pre cut keyfob for my 2023 jeep gladiator overland. The labor was only $89 or so for programming and the keyfob itself plus taxes, brought the total cost to like $359. Far less than what I expected. I don't think I was there for more than an hour and my truck and extra key fob was ready to go. Ms. Vee took great care of me and my 3 yr old son....who is on the spectrum. She gave him a rubber duck and showed us where the play room was located while we waited.

The service that I received at Chrysler is always impeccable. The customer service from Vee Martin is always exceptional. To be honest. I wish I can have her as my customer service specialist every time I receive service at this establishment.

Very accommodating and helpful. We worked a good deal. I would recommend them for sure.
