I’ve had all my Subaru’s serviced at Subaru World of Newton and I find their service department and customer service reps to be outstanding. Fair prices, fast work and comfortable waiting area as well.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After being basically dismissed at Wayne Subaru for having too competitive of a quote from an out-of-state dealership, working with Michael at Subaru World of Newton was a complete breath of fresh air. He struck the perfect balance of attentive and hands-off — never pushy, always respectful, and genuinely focused on helping us find a deal that made sense. From the very start, he was transparent about what was realistic, explaining that he might not be able to match the out-of-state price but would do everything possible to get close. And that’s exactly what he did. Once negotiations wrapped up, the rest of the process was effortless and even joyful. Michael’s honesty, humor, and big, infectious personality made what’s usually a stressful car-buying experience easy and genuinely fun. If you want to work with someone who’s straightforward, kind, and truly committed to doing right by his customers, go see Michael at Subaru World of Newton — you’ll be glad you did!

EVERYONE at Newton Subaru was cordial, professional, knowledgeable, and very honest. I was more than happy with the entire experience. There were no gimmicks like I’ve experienced at other dealerships. I’m very sincere with my 5 star rating!

Excellent service. Took my car a short notice and did a great job with it! I highly recommend Subaru of Newton. I live in Baltimore and never got the same kind of service here. Brian was especially pleasant and helpful! Thank you so much!!

The only reason I use Subaru of Newton is Edgar in service.He handles all our service he is honest and very smart. Mike is the best salesman also honest and knows our needs always

I made an appointment for my 2021 legacy for a recall. I pushed the appointment out a couple of weeks. I brought the car in first thing on Tuesday morning. The guy who check my car in said that it would only take an hour and a half and asked if I was going to wait. I stated that I had to go to work but get out at four and would be there between 5-5:30 to pick up my car. At 3:40 I received a call saying that the part never came in and would be delivered the very next day at noon. Well, Wednesday on my way home from work I call about my car and get the voicemail. I leave a message with my contact number and inquire about my car being done. I go home thinking I would be getting a call before closing that my car was done. Never got a call. Thursday I call again and continue to leave another message regarding my car. Never get a call back. Friday I’m aggravated and I call again. This time I go through the phone tree to schedule an appointment and get a person and explain to her my issue. She is able to get through to the service dept and I speak with a lady named Vivian. No complaints with Vivian. Very nice lady and she has the service manager (I think his name was Mark, not positive) call me back. He was also very nice but I was informed that they are not waiting on the part and never had been. It had been there the entire time. So the first person lied!! And the issue is that they needed a level A mechanic to do the recall since they never did it before. Not for nothing they should have canceled the appointment if the person was not in nit have me wait four days for my car to get done. I honestly believe that my car was only completed because I called and complained. Who knows how long it would have just sat there. Not cool. And staying with being completely honest, I was given a courtesy car the first day so I wasn’t asking for rides from others. But still this is poor customer service. I won’t go back there again because I don’t believe that this won’t happen again. Service manager was great and so was Vivian.

Had an appointment for 10,000 mile service and was taken on time. Service Manager explained everything thoroughly. Pleasant waiting area. Happy I chose Subaru of Newton to purchase my Crosstrek.
