I had such a great experience at Heritage CDJR in Owings Mills! From the very beginning, Kieshon, Ben, and Carlos made the process feel easy, welcoming, and genuinely exciting while purchasing my Jeep. I had spoken with multiple dealerships and test-driven several vehicles before coming here, so I had plenty to compare the experience to — and these guys absolutely stood out. They were patient, honest, helpful, and never made me feel pressured. They answered all of my questions, made the process smooth, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you like a person instead of a sale, I highly recommend asking for Kieshon, Ben, and Carlos. Thank you guys for making what can be a stressful process actually enjoyable!

The worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I had a 6pm appointment, got there at 6pm, no other customers were there, the lady asked if she could help me, I told her that I have an appointment with Anthony. She came back a few minutes later and told me that he stepped out. Just a few minutes later, a man came over and said that he was there. He was the salesperson in his cubicle talking and laughing with another co-worker, knowing he had an appointment with me. I go to his cubicle and the first thing he said was can I have your license, not hello, how are you doing and acted as if he had an attitude because I broke up his little party. I kindly asked for my license back and as I'm leaving out the door the manager says, so you're just going to leave with an attitude.

Recently, I went to Heritage CDJR in Owings Mills and it was awesome, mostly because of Nick Kam, my sales guy. Nick was super friendly and made everything easy to understand. No hard sells or confusing talk. He really listened to what I needed and helped me out a lot. The place was welcoming and I felt comfortable right away. Nick was patient and always had a smile, even when I asked a bunch of questions. I never felt pushed to buy something I didn't want. It was like having a friend who knows a ton about cars help me shop. I left with a great car and a sweet deal, all thanks to Nick. If you go there, ask for him. He's great!

Nick Kam was very easy to work with. Quickly got down to a great price a he was informative without being pushy, it was a nice experience.

Bought a 2017 Dodge Durango from Heritage a few yrs ago. Was told it had the full warranty. Took the truck down last summer because the paint on the roof was peeling. The man at the shop said he had never seen this issue before but that it was obviously a manufacturer defect because there wasn’t any primer under the paint. We sent multiple emails and phone calls, finally we were told the warranty had expired in Sept of last yr. I offered proof that we have been trying to resolve this problem prior to the warranty expiring but they said it was too late. We contacted the warranty company who also said it was too late now, BUT the dealership should have made the claim last year and it would have been covered. This was definitely mishandled and we shouldn’t be charged over $1,800 to have the roof repainted. I told them after being a long time customer of theirs we would never deal with them. Anyone buying a car, should avoid Heritage because obviously they intentionally avoided us until it was out of warranty! Funny how they offered to buy it back and put us in a new vehicle because it is so clean and has about 50,000 miles on it. The guy even stated that he could have it fixed and still make a profit on it. What does that tell you! Beware! They will get you! As I said, we will never buy anything from them again!

We we were VERY disappointed in this dealership or should I say the GM ( Scott Feinstein) as our salesman was great. The GM quoted us a best and final on Sat as our sales man was tied up, and we decided we would take the truck later that evening after he called and left a VM. I emailed our sales guy and told him that. We wanted to pay CASH, and they required a credit check which we did not want due to having good credit scores and that pulls it down. We offered a certified check, but the banks were closed Monday so we could not get it then, and they wanted to do the deal Monday as we were told they don't "hold" trucks which I understood. At that point they were offered a Corp. check and we provided a snapshot from our bank act showing the funds were available . That wasn't good enough! I then emailed our salesman stating that they were making it VERY difficult to do a cash deal. We then got a call back Monday from The GM ( above ) and in a VERY CONDESENDING way stated he was not interested in selling the truck to us at that point. All he was worried about was a us giving them a negative survey ( which I don't do anyway). The ONLY reason I am posting here and other sites is he told me ( and others heard in the car as he was on speaker phone) that he would sell it to their competitor ( Jones ) and we could buy from them. We also contacted their Harrisburg Pa showroom as that was closer than Belair, MD and Harrisburg at first said they could transfer there and sell. We provided all the info that was sent to the OM facility. We Just rcd. a call from Harrisburg (GM ) stating that the Owings Mills showroom won't release the vehicle to them as they have too much activity on it! The GM ( Scott Feinstein ) not only LIED to us BUT apparently reneged on his deal as he felt he could make more money elsewhere. I would NEVER deal with this dealership again and being he has done this WILL not give anyone a referral. We are willing to wait on a vehicle and will take our business to those that are worthy of it! So let those that are greedy have at it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Owning and operating two business's in Pa I have learnt that you ALWAYS make it right with a customer to prevent things like this from happening. This is something Mr. Feinstein needs to learn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
