I bought 2 vehicles from Ide Vw and the experience great! The Ide Vw dealership provides a better experience regardless if just browsing or purchasing a vehicle. Quick and efficient. Even quicker if you call ahead for a test drive on a specific vehicle. The vehicle will be ready to test drive upon arrival. Sales professional Dave Ruzhansky was very knowledgeable and when in the browsing stage was able to provide all the information on pricing including warranty pricing in a quick manner. There was no buggy app software to deal with to get pricing like the other dealer down the road. And when you are done at Ide, you can drive down the road to Leo's bakery and Deli, where all the food is great.

I have leased several vehicles with David. He is courteous and professional. He makes the process easy and that is why I continue to lease with him.
