I want to take a moment to recognize May, the finance manager, who was absolutely amazing throughout the process. She made what is usually the most stressful part of purchasing a vehicle feel smooth, clear, and reassuring. May was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and transparent. She took the time to walk me through all of my options, answered every question with care, and made sure I fully understood everything before moving forward. I never felt rushed or pressured, which meant so much. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out, and she played a huge role in making this overall experience such a positive one. We were getting second lease for our vehicle as mileage

We were getting second lease for our vehicle as mileage in the first lease was getting over the allowance. I have been with this dealership since I moved to

I have been with this dealership since I moved to Maryland in 2024. I brought my 2021 GLC here for service then and was very impressed. When it was time to trade in my car, I contacted them. Very pleasant experience. Julian Chin was fantastic in managing my purchase. Knowledgeable, kind and transparent.

I must say, Mr.

I must say, Mr. Chevist Mitchell is a great sales person. He was very patient with us, explaining every detail of the EQE model that we test drove with him. We wanted to drive all Mercedes EV SUV models (EQE and EQS) and also a Plugin version to make the most appropriate decision for our family. Mr. Mitchell had no hesitation or reluctancy (unlike other sales persons at other dealerships that we had experienced) in getting us to test drive all 3 models that we asked for. That itself told us how caring and accommodating that he is for your customer needs. However, at the end of the 2nd car of test driving, my wife and I made a decision to go with the EQE model, so we did not even have to drive the Plugin version. He is a great sales person. Also, all other employees at this Silver Spring dealership was very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

I had a great experience working with Cecil. This was my second time purchasing from this dealership, and the process was smooth from start to finish.
