Great customer service. Personable felt like family. Great services and explanations given. Nice facility with great accommodations, coffee, treats. Even the receptionist was pleasant and helpful.

Great service. Very pleasant waiting area

Great service. Made appointment and vehicle work completed ahead of time. Waiting-area is very nice with water and snacks. Service Rep want over the condition of the car.

Nothing but the best service and attention!

From day one since I purchased my Toyota Sequoia new in October 2009, I had nothing but great experiences in service, maintenance and accessories. My two main points of contact are Vanessa Villalobos (Service Advisor) and Gary Childress (Accessories Manager). They are flawless in their execution and customer service no matter what the situation is. They are honest and trustworthy. It’s employees like Vanessa and Gary why I will continue to seek their service and plan to eventually buy my next Toyota from Earnhardt as well.

My Dream Came True!

We came in looking for an exact vehicle that we’d seen previously in an advertisement and we were pleasantly surprised when the people at this dealership went above and beyond to make it available!! My husband and I had a great experience at the Earnhardt Toyota Superstition Springs. Bobby Cornelius made it fun and informative to purchase our new 2019 Toyota Camry with two-tone paint and beautiful red interior accents and red leather seats. He explained each step along the way too. Down to the final steps of making all of the cool features work effectively. My dream car has been made possible, thanks to you Bobby Cornelius!!! I genuinely know customer service that is organic as I have been in it my whole career. The staff is genuine, professional and doesn’t use high pressure tactics. Example: gladly repaired a tire for me instead of the famous “got to buy a new one due to liabilities of a repair “! Great all around dealer.

Had a flat tire shortly after dealer installed new set of tires. Service Mgr came to my location and changed tire. Than replaced tire w/road hazard coverage. Great customer service!
