⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had at Earnhardt Toyota, and it was all thanks to Jaime Pereyra. From the very beginning, Jaime was compassionate, kind, attentive, and punctual. He made both my wife and me feel completely comfortable—there was absolutely no pressure at any point, which made a huge difference. What really set him apart was his transparency and honesty. When I called the day before, Jaime provided me with a clear out-the-door price right away. That immediately built trust. Other dealerships I contacted would not provide this, and one even told me to “figure it out” myself by adding taxes and fees—which was frustrating and not helpful. Because of Jaime’s straightforward approach, I chose to move forward with Earnhardt Toyota. This ended up being one of the easiest and smoothest car purchases I’ve ever made. Jaime’s professionalism and customer service were truly exceptional. If you’re looking for a stress-free, honest, and enjoyable car-buying experience, I highly recommend asking for Jaime Pereyra.

Just purchased a Tacoma from Earnhardt Toyota. I live in Upstate NY. My salesman Dieter was the best. Most of our communication was done via texting. I had a million questions for Dieter and he would always answer me back without missing a beat. He also was able to make a video of a walk around of the truck and this was very helpful in making my decision in the remote purchase. Earnhardt setup the shipment of the truck to me as well. Thank You for such a pleasant experience.

After weeks of calling pretty much every Toyota dealership and none of them being able to deliver, we were frustrated. Earnhardt Toyota was our last shot. I put in an inquiry online at 8 AM, and by 8:30, the sales rep called me. Manny really came through — super patient and helpful. He found a car that got delivered to the dealership that same day and made sure everything was ready for us to pick it up. He made sure the paperwork was ready for our arrival , had the car pulled up, and got it prepped for us. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to meet him in person to thank him since he was off at 3, but he made sure one of his coworkers helped us out. The whole process only took about 1.5 hours, and we drove home in our new ride. Huge thanks to Manny and Curtis (finance) for being patient and making this such a great experience! I really hope Manny gets credit for this sale — he definitely earned it!

I had a walk in oil change done at Earnhardt Toyota in Mesa. Service advisor was friendly , knowledgeable and the service department was also very quick, earlier than promised. We have all of Prius service work done here, we’ve had no problems.

Devin did a great job! The car is out of warranty & I felt the brakes pulling. They checked things out, rotated the tires, did recall work, & gave me a ride home. The brakes seem to be working better, and the charge was minimal.
