A few weeks ago I contacted by phone the Toyota dealership in the Lincolnwood area of Chicago. The sales person who answered the phone and helped me was Tania Benitez. I had a very specific type of car in mind. For the next two weeks, Tania was helping me find the specific car that I wanted. Tania was extremely helpful and she was extremely professional. She provided excellent service to me on the phone. I also contacted about ten other Toyota dealerships in the Chicago area shopping for the same car. When the time came for me to actually go in person to visit the dealership and test drive the car, I chose the Toyota Lincolnwood dealership, from among ten other Toyota dealerships in the Chicago area, because of the very positive experience that I had with Tania on the phone. Tania was the reason that I went to test drive a new car at the Toyota dealership in Lincolnwood. Tania is an excellent and incredibly pleasant sales person and she provided a truly excellent and highly pleasant customer service to me. When I visited the Toyota dealership in Lincolnwood, another sales person by the name of Yazmin Torres helped me and I test drove the car with her. Yazmin was also very nice and professional. Yazmin also provided excellent service and she was very professional and pleasant. .
