We agreed to purchase a Jeep contingent on an independent inspection. After the inspection on 4/1/2026 identified approximately $3,900 in necessary repairs (steering, suspension, and alignment), we declined the vehicle and the deal was voided. Despite this, the dealership deposited our check and cleared the funds. Our bank confirmed the check was cashed and advised us to contact authorities since no vehicle was delivered. After contacting multiple managers, the General Manager acknowledged the refund but stated it would take 8–9 days to return the money. Throughout the process, we were also pressured to leave 5-star reviews before the transaction was completed. Buyers should ensure all contingencies are honored and avoid providing payment until the deal is finalized.

This updates my previous one-star review with five stars. I just bought a vehicle from this dealership. The customer service provided to me by their sales associate David G. was above and beyond in several instances. They acknowledged the circumstances that drove my previous poor rating and more than made up for it. I will now, without hesitation, recommend Fair Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to friends if they’re shopping one of those brands. You might ask, “Why did you go back if you had such a bad experience the first time?”. I was in the market for a low volume make and model and they had an excellent example on the lot. I decided to take a chance and try them again, this time, with an excellent outcome.

Granny, Manny and Amir made the entire car buying process easy and enjoyable. I purchased a vehicle out of state and it was delivered right to my door. I’d definitely reach out to this dealership again in the future.

I saw a Chrysler Town and Country 2015 online and liked it very much. I worked out a deal with Manny the salesperson. They agreed to deliver the car to my home. When the car arrived it was very nice. Very clean inside and out, no scratches or marks, and it exceeded my expectations. Granby brought the car to my home. He was well dressed and very professional in his presentation during the delivery. He had all the paperwork in order and we had a nice discussion on various topics. Granby and Manny were both very attentive to the details of the transaction to make sure the process and the car were everything I expected. This experience with this dealership and their personnel could not have gone smoother. I am very happy with every aspect of this transaction.

To often said, we never take the time to appreciate tor acknowledge the efforts of others. William Grandby is an extraordinary employee who I am so appreciative of today. William hand delivered my check from the sale of my car almost a month ago. I am so in awe of his commitment to your dealership, and you've a diamond in the rough with William Grandby. Overall experience was fantastic. They handled everything perfectly while we made this deal remotely. Granby was very professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle and our conversation after the delivery was done was extremely informative and pleasant.
