We agreed to purchase a Jeep contingent on an independent inspection. After the inspection on 4/1/2026 identified approximately $3,900 in necessary repairs (steering, suspension, and alignment), we declined the vehicle and the deal was voided. You might ask, “Why did you go back if you had such a bad experience the first time?”. I was in the market for a low volume make and model and they had an excellent example on the lot. I decided to take a chance and try them again, this time, with an excellent outcome.
